It's unfortunate how skimpy this place has become with the amount of food. The beef bowl i ordered was no where near the top. At least serve a decent amount of you're gonna charge a lot. Definitely not recommended.
I genuinely don't know if I've tasted dryer chicken besides stuff I forgot on the barbecue and burnt! Hubby got the steak bowl I got the chicken with white meat... it's like sawdust! It was Uber eats so no comment on service:)

So I came to flame broiler on Mountain Avenue in Upland to get a chicken ball. I got here at 10:25. I walked in she told me they're not open yet till 1030 so I came back outside waited 10 minutes went back in order the chicken bowl the way I usually get it and then I want to get some sauce out of their dispenser and their dispenser is broken so when she gave me my chicken bowl I ask her if she can give me five sauces and she charge me for them $.10 each so I'm like it's free right here but your dispenser broken so you're gonna charge me she goes yeah so that is bad business to me. I paid $15 for a chicken bowl. I will never come back shame on the Flame Broiler. Also, their point system is not working their magic rewards app is no good. It doesn't allow you to add points so shame on Flame Broiler shame on this location you guys need to step up your game and a little grill in there it was very rude. I will not be back.

Food- Chicken was over cooked and dry. Service was okay. The environment needs a pick me up. To the manager- update your menu and the chicken should not be served the way I received it- hard morsels of chicken.
