Came here at 4:00 pm and I see a black guy with red hair inside in the back but the doors are locked ! It's supposed to close at 9pm and it's 4pm I knocked and he kept ignoring me . This is my 1st and last time coming

Well the B in the window should have been a clear indication that this place is not great. This place USED to be great, yogurt was so good and creamy. What happened? Not the first time I've come and they have a broken machine, or out of a favor @7pm really? My yogurt was clearly not ready to be served or there machine is not working properly. Got a stomach ache from it. I will NEVER come back. They clearly have not fixed there problems. I do NOT recommend this place. So disappointed. Thankfully there are other much better places that care about the QUALITY of there product. It's definitely not this one.

I love to bring my daughter here but we are Going to have to find a new spot. First they have a B on the door which is gross. Secondly when we come in there are always kids working and just on the phone wearing pajamas with open toe shoes inside of a place you eat which is gross! Lastly they never have but maybe 3-4 flavors available the "machines are always down" is what I'm told. This place will be out of business within a year for sure. Wish they could get it together. Their actual yogurt is so yummy

Golden Spoon is very expensive for what you get. I recently was there and ordered a mini with no topping and then a small with one topping. It came to $14.25. Topping for a small/regular is close to $3.00! The yogurt portion and topping are "not a lot" like in the past. This used to be my favorite place for a treat or dessert too. The yogurt was not thick. It was very soft and runny. I thought they'd have some holiday flavors as well but only pumpkin. It seems like the business is not the same since ownership changed a while back. It would be nice if they brought back their coupons in the mail/ city magazine besides just the stamp card. Sadly I don't think I'll be back.

The dessert was delicious. My daughter took me there for a sweet treat. The service was great. The young man was very friendly and helpful. The ambiance was quite and very clean. A picture wall of the History of Upland was displayed. A very nice place.

I enjoy their chocolate and brownie gelato choices. Hits the spot. Friendly fast service and the place is nice to sit around, hardly crowded.

I'm not sure what happened to Golden Spoon but won't be going back.. Half the machines were down and the yogart they did offer was icy.. It use to be so good! Prices are ridiculous!!! $2.75 for one topping..Very disappointed

I love this place! The yogurt is delicious! Anthony, who helped my daughter and I was wonderful. He was helpful and friendly. Whenever I'm in Upland I come by for a quart to take home. Yummy!!

Drove here from Riverside to have their delicious peanut butter yogurt since the Riverside location closed (OOB). They were out of this and another flavor. It was 12:30, just after noon, and the place was dead. Any wonder why so many locations close?!

I live over an hour away and it’s my favorite yogurt. We were in town visiting family and swung by on the way home at 8:53 (they close at 9). The door was locked and the employee wouldn’t let me in :( so so sad and disappointed.

What happened to this place? They always had great frozen yogurt . Variety of flavors. Quality is not the same. Third time I've been, and my yogurt is melting before he hands it to me! Also noticed they received a B from inspection NOT surprised. Don't think I'll be back. I do not recommend this place. Such a bummer it was my favorite frozen yogurt and the only one I'd go to.
