Wow ! Totally different !! And in a good way ...Fine Italian dining and Live Entertainment as well ? Amazing duo. Tony makes it work perfectly. The food was the talk though .Delicious!! We surely will be back , with more friends !

The Service was absolutely terrible. The place was over packed and clearly fire codes were extremely violated. The bar staff was good but completely overwhelmed. I waited 30 min at the bar to pay a tab. I wish I could put negative stars rating.
Grazies Resturant and bar(I use that term loosely We had a group of about 20 people last night show up there. Over the years I have attended well over 15 organized functions and well and many many more spur of the moment times. Our group always have fun wherever we go and are quite adaptable. Last night, UGH!!! Absolutely TERRIBLE service. They have waiters now, clueless. Friends waited. 30-60 minutes for a soda Beer or mixed drinks just as long. A friend ordered a glass of wine. It took 90 minutes to get her change from a $20 bill Food orders wrong or brought at different times. Approximately 60 minutes on food orders too. The manger had her birthday party there also reserving 90% of the tables for her group She came over and asked someone in our group how everything was going. My friend was honest. Said service was terrible and the food was not even adequate. The manager went off on her Threw her hands in the air and said "We are busy, deal with it" In a very snotty tone More concerned about her friends that a different group. Then because they knew we weren't happy and although everyone had separate checks and some paid cash, they automatically charged a 15% tip/ group charge on every credit card purchase. The main reason we went to Grazies was a friend of mine told us about a band that was supposed to be there We find out Wednesday night that Grazies double booked bands and kicked out my buddies band Didn't offer to pay for the cancellation Come to find out the band that preformed was the managers (birthday party) favorite band Seems pretty shady to me. After many years of enjoying Grazies I will never return, as many of my friends said last night also I will tell everyone I know about the rude manager, the terrible service and the lousy food Reading yelp reviews it appears many others think the same Please share and get the word out Grazies sucks in every way

Very disappointing experience tonight. All the tables in the bar area were reserved for a party on a Friday night. We managed to snag a table between the bar and restaurant at 6:30pm. The service was really slow. One pizza came out with the crust overdone and burnt in the bottom. A second pizza came out 30 minutes after the first. One member waited an hour and a half for their entree and it wasn't complete. We had separate checks with everyone paying gratuity and the server added a large group gratuity on to one of the checks. At one point the owners wife, who was inebriated, got into it with one of our group complained about the service. She said they were busy, kept flinging her hands in our faces, and suggested we could leave. No service recovery, no apology terrible interaction with paying guests. Stay at home and as e your money! The new owners and management have ruined a great local spot.
