The "HI BROW Pub" is the "City of Upland's" version of the TV show "Cheers." We were immediately welcomed with open arms. It was kind of strange at first. Once we warmed up to the surroundings/ people the "walls of security " were lowered. "Taylor the bartender" literally guided us through the menu and cocktail suggestions. A real comforting feeling. Seriously the best pub you could ever go to. I feel it's all about the waitstaff & environment. Taylor, Rachel & Lilly are so great. They are very attentive & it's great when they know & remember your name & drink order. That's what it's all about. They smile, they are friendly & you can have fun, play some pool! This is the place to go!

Honestly the bar is great and the service is great. Everyone who works there is nice but the crowd there is not it. There was a group of guys who decided to just pick a fight with us over a game of pool. We simply wanted to play but they started to be super aggressive and talk about some "house rules" that don't even exist. They were extremely rude. I had a couple good interactions but seriously....
