Where to start? Food was terrible. The eggs in the Eggs Benedict were seriously undercooked, whites were raw and runny, yolks totally raw. In addition, plates looked like a complete mess. Totally unappetizing.We also ordered the chocolate chip pancakes that were essentially devoid of any chocolate chips. Restaurant also got the order wrong - asked for breakfast potatoes, not hash browns. The girl reading the order back to me at pick up clearly registered it, pauses for a second, and then just pretended to read off “hashbrowns” instead. I was already tired of waiting because of their signout system for orders and the queue ahead of me, so I didn’t say anything. It was the least of the issues anyway. Would avoid and try some place else for breakfast. We ended up throwing everything away.

The waiters they have working the night shift need a serious attitude adjustment. This is the first time Ive felt truly unwanted at a restaurant. It was like I was a bother to them.

Food was okay, but service is underwhelming. Server dropped coffee on the table and didn’t clean it and didn’t check on me once during my meal. When I first arrived, it wasn’t busy, so there’s not much of an excuse.

I went here for dinner with family, and the service was horrible. The server we had was very inattentive to our booth. My son's bacon was burnt yet cold. My French toast was cold. We asked for extra crispy hash browns, and that wasn't done. Horrible IHOP.
Sat is then sprayed and cleaned the table. Got our coffee and then 30 minutes later got our silverware. It took 50 minutes to get our food. Pancakes were served on a small plate, the pancakes hung over the plate. Had to wait and ask for bigger plates so we could put syrup on the pancakes. Also there was burnt grille residue on the pancakes. The cashier asked how our meal was and we explained what went on she had the nerve to ask how much tip we wanted to leave. We definitely will not return here. So disappointing! Used to be a great place.
