Lately this Jamba Juice has been falling short on customer service. Now I’m NOT talking about the employees being rude or anything, they are polite and do good work but what I’m referring to when I say customer service is the employee not doing a little extra to make a customer happy.Now I’m not sure if it’s management who put these rules and the employees take it by the book or if the employees just being lazyIn my case I had 2 situations.Situation 1. I showed up to this location around 9:15pm, Google maps says they close at 10pm so I left my home thinking im gonna go get me something from Jamba Juice because I have time.I get there order a bowl and the guy says he can’t make it because they don’t make bowls past 9 because they started cleaning stuff already, now I get it, it was a little late and they need time to clean things up but what I wanted to order didn’t require but 2 things to be used. And their was no one at the store at the time. That kinda made me upset and didn’t want to waste the trip so I ordered a smoothie which was ok and the guy ended up using one of the things needed to make my bowl anyways. He could have said we don’t make any bowls after 9 because we started cleaning stuff already but don’t worry I got you let me make it quick. Anyways that’s situation 1Situation 2. Went in for a bowl at 5pm much earlierThis time I did get my bowl, I asked can you sell me an orange juice. The girl looked at the machine and said I can’t because I just cleaned it and we have to leave it clean for the next shift person. In a way I definitely understand leaving stuff clean for the next person but then I’m thinking umm ok does this mean I have to wait for the next shift person to arrive to get a dam orange juice? Or Jamba Juice has cut off times to get an orange juice when employees are about to change shifts?What the heck!? As a customer I expect to get what I want to order unless the circumstance doesn’t allow it which the only circumstance I see that is reasonable should be we are out of the ingredients to make the order, other wise make what I came to buy. That’s what the business is there for to make money, to sell the customer what ever they order and make them happyNow an orange juice maybe isn’t that expensive but this Jamba Juice lost out on how much ever that juice cost because this girl didn’t want to make me one because she had cleaned the machine already at 5pm. Again this may be management that put these rules and forgot to explain that the business needs sell no matter what. Or the employee just doesn’t want to do it.Hope they fix whatever is going on here soon otherwise I’ll go to another location.

Please update your closing hours. Drove several miles to come here because it said it closed at 10. The time is currently 9:35 and you guys locked the doors. This is not conducive to running a business that promotes one thing but does another. The door outside clearly states operating hours are to close at 10pm. Simply adjusting the times appropriately could have been a simple solution.

Beware!! I ordered on the jamba app on 12/28. Upon arriving the store was closed due to inventory with a sign on the window. There was no way to cancel the order. The manager/owner closed the CC transaction as a sale instead of letting the credit authorization drop off. Either someone didn't know what they were doing in the CC processing, or they closed the sale on purpose. This is either a shady or incompetent business. You cannot trust placing an order in advance with this establishment.

What a wonderful location. I went today to the one in Upland. I've never been to your location but I'll definitely be coming back when I have patients in the area. Wonderful service from Jaden and andrea! They are the best employees at jamba yet! Keep up the great work ladies. There to have you both.

The high school dropouts at work here don't want to serve juice at a place called Jamba Juice in the evening. The store is called Jamba Juice, Jamba Juice, yet They don't serve juice.

I came into Jamba like I always do and everytime I go in there I always have such a bad experience with this worker in particular. He is tall and pale skin and from what I hear his co-workers call him when I'm in there his name is "Brock". Whenever I come in he always gives me attitude and says disrespectful things under his breath such as"this b****" or "so annoying" I am highly upset and I just can't take it anymore. The drink are good but I do not the attitude with it
