2nd time i tried this and it was still subpar. Food has no flavor (i don’t have covid). Had to add salt to burger and fries. Fries were old n stale. Unfortunately, Not living up to the Jims tradition.

I've been checking out burger places on the way to work, found a gem this morning, fantastic burger, fries are seasoned and delicious, food is hot. The gentleman that greeted me at the window was Happy to be at work. Which means your food is gonna be made with love. He even asked about my dog sitting in the back seat. This is the second time in 3 weeks we have been here and both times our order was completely wrong. The only reason we gave them a second chance is because our kids had a fundraiser with them tonight.Missing one entire shrimp meal, onions on burgers we said to have none on, lettuce on one when we said no, we asked for tartar sauce and got none.There was also a hair in my granddaughters burger! I’m so over this place!

Very cool place. Food was actually pretty good!! I had fried chicken, the wife taquitos.
They never seem to get my Breakfast Burrito order done correctly. I always order a Bacon Breakfast Burrito with easy on the hash browns with the hash browns well done like almost burnt. I even call in the order to give them plenty of time to cook the hash browns how i like them. Out of 15 times that I've ordered the same thing I've only got it right once. I keep going back because I live around the corner. But today when my Burrito had cold cheese in it that was it.

I popped in as my Sis-in-law comes here a lot for chicken wings and ?. I had a cheeseburger and FRIES. All I can say is MOVE OVER Everybody else. Their FRIES are right on point. Best FRIES I have ever tasted. They were perfection! Just the right crunch on the outside and perfect on the inside. My cheeseburger was good too! BUT those FRIES were bomb diggity! I just come through and JUST ORDER ?! Thanks for a lovely meal Jim's Burger.

They changed their fries and they are 10 times better. They’re crispy and seasoned so well I will try my best not to go everyday. Wow! And the ranch is my absolute favorite.
