Food is good BUT your customer service is HORRIBLE! Each time I've been here, the attitude! WOW, can't your front counter people smile or greet you with a hello? I really don't think I'll be stopping here anymore - unless you train your employees to be nice to the customers!

I have to come review this place because it’s getting out of hand. Over the past month, they have raised the prices almost 33% and have decreased the amount of food. I have been a loyal costumer but it is starting to feel like a rip off. Unfortunately, won’t be coming back.

A double cheeseburger combo is $18 some dollars. Yikes. It was a good burger, but $18? A cheeseburger for a bit less would be just fine at another visit given the size of the burger and the patty. There are other menu choices, too, if a burger is not your favorite item.

This use to be my favorite fast food spot. I cannot stand it now. Super inconsistent with the quality of both their food and service. The workers are rude and honestly don't care if they help you at all. There use to be a line of card waiting to order from this location. Alllll of my friends and co-workers agree this place is terrible now! I'm done and will never come back here. Upland is ashamed of this place.

Great classic dinner feel with great prices for food. Portions are big so if you come with a plus one, you can definitely share. I would recommend the chili cheese fries.Wheelchair accessibility: Very spacious and easy to maneuver if you are in a wheelchair.

I like this place but I realized they charge 3.9% on my receipt if you use a card. Didn’t tell me and didn’t have a sign. Poor business practice for a pretty good place to eat at.
