I came in 30 min before closing ..... they let me know it was almost closing lol they still served me ..... food was ok I liked the steamed dumpling more than juicy pork ... wontons waste of money ..... I don't know if I got the proper experience but .....

I called for pickup. Food was ready a little early. They called and let me know to avoid the food getting cold. Who does that? Awesome service. The food is outstanding. Veg fried rice is full of vegetables. Crispy walnut rice a 15 out of 10 rating. The Lotus House special had my husband raving as did the broccoli beef for my daughter. Prices are reasonable for what you get. I will be back for sure.
Last 3 orders were wrong. I used Beyond Menu which appeared correct, however, Lotus Garden blamed Beyond Menu each time. Lotus Garden says sorry each time but I’m sorry too, no more orders from me.

Totally dissatisfied! This is the second time in less than a month that they've got my order wrong. Yesterday, they included NO rice (I even extra) with my order. Last time they cooked the wrong dinner. i DRIVE ALL THE WAY HOME AND IT'S A WASTE OF GAS TO GO BACK! All the money they're putting into updating interior should be put into workers who can get a customer's order right. Sorry, they've lost my business!

Casual dining and friendly service followed by a very tasty meal at a great price. That about sums it up for my second trip to Lotus Garden in Upland at Mountain Avenue and Baseline.We enjoyed the Kung Pao Chicken, Broccoli Beef, Moo Goo Gai Pan and Chicken Chow Mein along with steamed rice, soup, egg rolls and fried wontons.The young lady who served us was so patient and helpful as we ordered our food and she even brought a small bowl of rice and an egg roll for our granddaughter who said she was not hungry (but changed her mind ?when her food arrived). The plain atmosphere doesn't do justice to the food and take out is always an option!

I love love the orange chicken and chowmein here! The portions are plenty to share.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking, wheelchair accessible and room enough to walk inside with a walker and or wheelchair.
Soup watered down, rice very dry no flavor, sweet and sour chicken and bbq pork were OLD, tasted bad, very unhealthy. Extremely disappointed, my husband spent so much money on this order for us and it was terrible.

Warning : Very dishonest practices . They reduce the amount of meat and triple the vegetables. Order took over 2 hrs to arrive cold . Also discovered very unhygienic practices by them in kitchen . Spoke to owner and he did not care at all. The owner made it clear that he’s not interested in hearing about complaints because he’s used to it . That says it all. I never asked for a thing from him .
