Extremely disappointed! We brought our kids for breakfast, ordered via the machine, and waited for over 40 minutes without any sign of our food. Meanwhile, people who came in after us received their orders promptly. When we approached the staff with our receipt, she not only took it and ignored us but also lost it when we asked again. Her attitude was appalling, to say the least – indifferent, and even rolling her eyes at us. If we hadn’t approached them repeatedly, we might have waited forever without our food. If you don’t enjoy your job, please find another one. I feel like giving one star is too generous for this experience. This has been the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had in the States!

After making line for some time when it was my turn the Idjet walked away and after returning the breakfast menu had been changed to lunch and "it" didn't want to honor me, my time in line for breakfast. He said that now it was lunch.

Was waiting over 40 minutes for an interview. It seems like the restaurant is not coherent with their company. The website granted me an interview, but it seems like they just had me wait until I left.
As this location is always a long wait either by drive through to going in but at this time I had been driving 2 half hours and just wanted a quick bit as the nuggets were dry and not recently cooked but will say my quarter pounder was cooked as requested no onions extra pickles I am just surprised that people have to wait to receive their food to be brought out

McD's service has gone downhill here. I was in hurry, drive thru line was short. AFTER pay window I timed 23 minutes before getting my 2 fillet o fish’s. All the cheese was melted to cardboard, sauce thrown on top of cheese mess, bun smashed sideways & fish on top of all that, Went inside got refund couldn’t wait another 23 minutes. they don't seem to participate in advertised deals either & l I've had far too many problems here so I don't plan to go back to this Upland branch...My past review: Paid for EXTRA sauce (shouldn't have to) but received DRY/NO SAUCE, called but no results, so McD's lost my business for over a whole year.Parking: Plenty of ground level parking
