Why do McDonald's make u wait for the order in the front instead of giving u the food in the drive though,? I wasn't to pleased to have to wait for 15 min for breakfast sandwiches.
I had to go back to edit my comment because for years it has been super clean and excellent service and now I don't know what step it is, it is super dirty and bad customer service most of the time, they don't clean the tables or floors or kitchen area at all and for giving an order takes a long time...

This is by far one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried to give them a chance every time I’ve gone and they don’t fail to either get my order incorrect or wait at least 20-25mins. No matter if it’s a mobile order or an in-store order. The staff seems is often rude and annoyed. I don’t know if it is a lack of training, poor management/leadership, or just an overall poor work ethic. Whatever it is, management or corporate needs to re-evaluate their approach and direction of this McDonald’s.

EBT CARD HOLDERS DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!!!My boyfriend and I went here at1235 right before they closed because we were starving and this location accepts ebt. We only spent 31 dollars. They do not give you the option to swipe your own card. And require you to give them your pin. They then had us drive to the front parking space even though we were the ones only car in the drive thru at all.The following morning the ENTIRE CARD was completely emptiedThe man who was working the drive thru immediately made a purchase at a restaurant that does not exist and took every dimeThe restaurant defends its employees.And sees no fault and admits nothing.They are in on this scam too.I have reported this to the police after confronting the manager.AVOID AT ALL COSTMCDONALDS THANKS FOR STEALING FROM POOR PEOPLE
