Service was good and seated promptly but food was awful…. Nachos were so terrible, literally cafeteria nachos. My daughter didn’t even like the Mac n cheese…. How do you mess that up? We spent so much money on the most basic, unexciting, average food. Won’t come back :(

It was really, really busy, due to the NFL wildcard games however, the staff was kicking butt!! They were taking care of a party of 20+ people while also getting their other tables served. Such great teamwork and amazing management. Whoever is the manager here, knows how to THRIVE under pressure. Genaro was our server and he has the absolute best waiting service. It was my first time here and would definitely come back. Service was great, cool clean place, but the food was awful. Dry, stale, and the nachos were the kind you get at a fundraiser only they were ten bucks at happy hour. They need to buy quality food and a better trained chef. Prices were high too.

Stopped by here with my brother and my buddy to grab a quick bite. It was the middle of the day, 1pm ish. There were a few patrons enjoying the place. We were quickly seated and attended too. Staff members were super friendly and were able to just chop it up a bit with our table. I got fish and chips, my brother had a burger. Then there was my buddy who had particular food requirements (diet). They were totally on point and got him exactly what he wanted. Overall pretty delicious food. Clean and inviting. Competitively priced in today's inflated economy. I'm definitely bringing my girls back here next time they can't decide what to eat!.

Everything was going very well. I ordered wings that came with celery and carrots. There was only one carrot stick so I asked for a couple more and the waitress said I would need to be charged extra and that's how the kitchen operates. I declined cuz I didn't think it was fair. Just for maybe a couple more carrot sticks. Been here several times , this did not sit well with me.

Is this place under new ownership, or new management???... My family has never had issues here. But we had bad service today... I'm dissapointed since the food was delicious. We Ordered a simple XL Peperoni pizza with a side of jalapenos. Waited about 20min and out came a veggie filled pizza ?. I didn't want to turn it away, but i was with my kids and they were not going to eat it filled with veggies!!! Server apologized and said it would take 25min for another one to be made. We were starving, but agreed to wait. In the meantime, I was hoping our server would offer us a free appetizer, coupon for next time or something due to having to wait due to their mistake. Nothing was offered.... We also ordered a beer which took over 30min. I began to become more observant and noticed they were probably short staffed or maybe under new management since the employees were not very professional, polite, or customer freindly. Not what I'm used to for this place. We asked for the bill and our bill had 2 pizzas on it!!! I had to let them know to correct it and wait again for the correct bill. If they would've offered me a discount or not charged me for one of my drinks or my side of jalapenos I probably would've left happy, but all I recieved was apologies left and right. I'm skeptacle of returning back.Also the party next to us had to return his plate too. I overheard that some kind of plastic peice was left on his dish. I think the kitchen staff forgot to remove it when prepping or cooking it. He had to return his plate also and wait for another dish while his family ate without him. Not a pleasant visit today from both parties. ?
