Horrible customer service from Staff! Jessica Valencia is extremely RUDE to customers and has a I can say and do whatever I want, argumentative attitude! I went back to take my chicken due to it looking and tasting expired! She said there was nothing she could do about it and then went to count the pieces left on the plate... Insisted I should it brought it back before touching it! How am I supposed to see for myself that it's taste and look is off if I just look at the chicken? It's breaded chicken!!!!Her job was to humbly apologize for the disgusting chicken she served me and just replace the order with fresh chicken PERIOD THE END.I MEAN MOST PEOPLE WON'T JUST STOP EATING THEIR FOOD TO GET UP GO INSIDE TELL THEM SOMETHING'S WRONG UNLESS THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG!!!!

This was not the best hawaiian bbq food. They overcharged me on the food that I ordered. I spent 80 dollars ordering food here, and the chicken kutsu was very dry. The beef was overcooked. The service was not the best I will never come back here again.

Tbh I thought the quality of chicken could be better and not so fatty. Both my daughter and I picked at it and there it out. The service was okay.

I went to this place for lunch today and was treated absolutely horrible the cashier was sour, rude and unprofessional to say the least, there was another employee walking around the dining room talking on her cell phone saying to whoever she was talking to that white people are garbage. The food sucked and I ended up throwing it away. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Terrible food, horrible service, and a racist staff. NO THANK YOU.

I ordered the katsu and terriaki chicken BREAST(which is extra) and when I got my order, it was the LEMON PEPPER chicken which I don't like so I brought it to the clerk and he told me to just put terriaki sauce on it! NOT the same as you can still taste the LEMON which I don't like! Terrible customer service, they would not replace it.

I ordered food today July 9, 2023 and was not happy with the service/food. I ordered a half katsu chicken and half pork and beef musubi to go. The person ordering it got my order wrong and didn't realize it till i drove all the way home and opened my order. i had to drive back to the establishment where I was met by a rude cashier. He was giving me issues, even though I was there 10 min prior. I said I wanted the pork and the lady didn't put the order in right. Then he said well you need to pay $1 more if you want the pork. So the cashier got my order wrong and made me drive all the way back, wait an extra 15 min and somehow now I have to pay $1 more. Horrible service. I would have never written a review on the food if I wasn't here. The Katsu tastes likes its fried in the same batter they put their seafood in. I don't like seafood and don't want to have a fishy taste on the breading of my Katsu. This is just lazy work by the chef.

A bit over priced. My kids love spam Musubi, so we've been a handful of times. I recently bought a kit, seaweed paper, soy paper, and enough rice and spam for about 50 pieces. It was all about the equivalent cost of about 6 pieces at this place. Easy to make and cheap. And fun. Very slow service. Not sure why it is so slow, but apparently it is not just this location. Others are slow too.
