this is the best papa John's that I know of in the ie.you ask for extra toppings and unlike most they are not. skimpy on the toppings.the owner Ricky and. worker Julio always fixs my pizza like I like.in burned. the wings are yummy also.

Delivery driver more concerned about his tip. Didn't even offer parmesan cheese or pepper flakes. Pizza is losing its quality. Just not the same anymore. Time to switch Pizza.

The pizza and breadsticks were good once I put them in the air fryer because I asked for well done but it was still a little undercooked. They could definitely cook their pizza longer.My rating though is for the customer service. I emailed a note of complaint about my coupon code being applied but once I checked out, my discount wasn't on there and I paid full price. The manager called me within hours and made it right. I was surprised how quick they were but glad they took it seriously and made it right.

I recently ordered from Papa John's through Postmates and disappointed with this experience. I ordered and paid for a 10-inch pizza, but I received an 8-inch pizza instead and the pizza was not properly prepared and undercooked. My order was missing two crucial components that I had been looking forward to: the garlic sauce and pepperoncinis. These two additions are what set Papa John's apart. Very disappointing in not receiving either. I will be exploring other options now! It's unfortunate to see such a decline in quality and attention to detail from a chain like Papa John's.I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for both Papa John's and Postmates, highlighting the need for improved accuracy and quality control in their delivery services.

Upland location. Manager is awful and should be fired. We ordered pizza for our family. Driver couldn't find our house. The manager didn't make it a priority to get us our food. Hopefully she learns some customer service skills

They are solid at this location, every time we order it is on par. They do an absolutely good job of preparing the pizza every time I've had it. Taste really good for this tier of pizza. I love the white sauce option to. The stuffed crust I can tell was done by hand and it's awesome?
