When I needed an Italian Market that was open in the late afternoon on Valentine's Day, and when all Claro's Italian Market locations were closed, I decided to drive 30 minutes out of the way to give Padua Pasta Makers a try. And I am so glad I did! I had the opportunity to try their cheese ravioli and pizza dough, and it was by far the very best ravioli and pizza dough I ever tried.
