Our server was horrible! His name is Anthony and he appeared shady and I believe he was racist. When it was time to pay, we handed Anthony our credit card. I watched Anthony put the card in his pocket, went to the back somewhere, and then came back to take orders, and then went to the bar to get drinks. My husband and I were waiting for a long time, and he kept ignoring us. All we wanted to do was pay and leave. Anthony kept walking by us, and continued to ignore us. We even stood up, he intentionally avoided looking at us or walking our way. We tried flagging him down, and he still ignored us. Finally, we asked another server, for our card. The server went to Anthony and he LIED and said he didn't get our credit card. We were pissed! How could he lie about taking our credit card? Who knows what he did with the credit card numbers. At this point, I wanted to cry because I was so mad. FINALLY, Anthony came out, handed the card to my husband without even looking at him, and walked off. There was no "thank you" or any acknowledgement from him. My husband and I are Hispanic, and we felt like Anthony treated us horribly because of our race. He was so rude and such an awful person. I left in tears because I was mad. At that point, I just wanted to go home. I do not recommend this place.

I absolutely love this place its such a local place. You can tell everyone that comes to this establishment is a friend and long time customer. The place has great drinks i had a Modelo michelada and it was perfect! They also carry a local beer which i love the fact they support small local businesses. The staff were great super friendly and helpful. The music was great and welcoming. Really great atmosphere. Perfect to watch sport games!

Racism at Paulies! My friends and I have been coming here for years. Emily has always made our experience so delightful. I believe she has since left the company and I do not blame her. The tallest bartender and her bar back refused to serve me. When I asked why- she said it was because of my friend and a previous encounter she had with her. The messed up thing is, that friend has been served by that bartender several times since the "incident". It is me she did not want to serve. As a Jewish Latina- not only are my feelings hurt but I have no choice but to warn others.

FIRST TIME HERE,MY GF SAID THAT I WILL LOVE IT AND I DO LOVE AFTER TASTING THE PIZZA AND THE DRINKS ARE AMAZING.SERVICE STAFF IS SO FRIENDLY AND PROFFESIONAL ..I WILL RECOMMEND PAULIE'S TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY..
Literally ordered a chicken strips appetizer and it took almost an HOUR to come out. When I asked (politely) if there was an update on my food, the bartender said he was sorry and that they were really backed up...as he served the couple next to me (who arrived 20 minutes after I ordered) their food.
