I think they prefer wholesale, but she did give me some raw pizza dough. Super delicious! Better pizza dough than any pizza place i can think of and I am always looking You could tell she loves baking.
Sal and Francesca are so lovely. Such a hole in the wall, family oriented establishment. I was recommended to Queens to get bagels by a New Yorker. Apparently no other bagel shop will do. My experience here had a rocky start due to a missed order but that was all made up for with an extra loaf and accommodation at a later date. The bagels are light, airy, and so big! They do not fit in a normal bagel slicer! Best jalapeño Cheese bagel I've had! Not too cheesy and plenty of jalapeños....read full review
