Orderd the combo chicken and fries.. nothing really to brag about . Chicken is chicken fries is fries .. chicken was not cooked all the way ..so be careful before you bite into it .. love the sauce .. and bread that's about it ..

Went for a dine in order at around 7:30pm, place was clean, music was great as always. Food came out really fast, and was delicious. If Destiny is working there you’re all good, she’s really awesome and really is what good customer service is supposed to be. Really recommend this location to anyone looking for some good lunch/dinner options.
Raising Canes is always a good idea! The chicken here is always crispy and delicious! Accompanied by the cane sauce and Texas toast, is a delightful meal of its own. The lemonade is refreshing! Restaurant is clean and the staff is super nice!

Food is always top quality too.Edit: Sept 2022 Prices went up a dollar over night on my last visit, this seem a bit too much money to spend now plus the quality seems to going in the opposite directionEdit 2023 Service and quality continues to decline, the store used to be busy with long lines, no body in line now. Customer service is horrible. I recommend driving down to the Ontario facility on mountain, much much better.2024 - The location is filled with 20 an hour idiots that interrupt you while taking your order and don't listen to what you're ordering and eventually get you order wrong. The staff here is horrible

Raising Cane's in Upland is THE number one! Excellent customer service, and of coarse the food!The atmosphere at this location is excellent ??Very clean inside and outside. I love eating my food fresh and hot!!! This Raising Cane's served me the perfect dish!!!! So hot that my mouth was burning ? LOL!THANK YOUUUUU!!!!

visited this cane location and my total came out to $25.84. I gave the cashier a $20 in cash and the remainder was supposed to be charged to my visa. Well my card was charged the full amount of $25.84 even though I gave him $20 cash. I called the restaurant and informed the manger of what happened and gave her my info and was told I was going to get a call the following day once cameras were checked. I never got a call back. I called again and was told they couldn’t do anything about it because the manager wasn’t around. I would like my $20 back or a gift card it’s ridiculous that there employees steal money.

This canes has been here for several years and I’m gonna be honest when they first came here. I really didn’t care for their sauce but in the last two years they have really kicked it up a notch. I don’t know what they’ve done but they should keep doing what they’re doing. Chicken is crispy and crunchy and tender, fries are done well in the sauce you can drink it. It’s so good all the staff there is so friendly and they always provided excellent customer serviceParking: Huge parking lotKid-friendliness: There’s a really cute huge patio with wooden picnic tables and really cute. Rustic lights a nice size area if you have kids.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s lots of parking in wheelchair accessibility
