Very nice customer service :) I came in on a Sunday afternoon and was about to redeem my birthday drink and when I walked up to the counter one of the baristas offered me a free drink that they made extra! I was very appreciative of that and it made my day.
Absolutely love this location! Stopped by today and the store was celebrating hispanic heritage month which made me feel very included. although an older man did ruin the experience by very rudely ask the staff to shut "that thing off because it was irritating and annoying" a young man was very quickly to deescalate the situation! Thank you so much to that young man for standing his ground!

This is my favorite Starbucks in Upland. Today, I went to pick up my mobile order and I had accidentally placed it at another Starbucks about 4 miles away. They were so nice, asked me what I had ordered and gave me my coffee at the window. I couldn't believe they were so helpful. Plus, it had a message that made me smile.
