I hate to give a local place a bad review but we've gone out of our way to try to give this local business our money 4 times now and ... despite the hours on Yelp and the hours on the door saying that they are open they were not. Today was the last straw. Just today we walked in, two hours after the door says they opened and the person behind the counter told us they would not open till later so we had to walk out. I get business is difficult these days but I will not be coming back.The Subway on Mountain next to the BevMo/Staples is far friendlier and open when they say they will be open. We will be going there from now on as we did today.

Horrible subway , been here on multiple occasions just for them to be closed at they're posted open hours , I guess they open and closed randomly it seems

Picked up a curbside order, the sandwiches were labeled wrong. One was specifically for someone with an allergy and since labeled wrong the sandwiches were switched. We were not able to switch back since I did drop it off, pretty disappointed, seems like such a small mistake but could've caused huge hurt to someone. And a wasted sandwich unfortunately. First time this has happened, Hoping it doesn't again.

Like others have said....the experience was aweful, frustrating and humiliating!! I'm 73 on SS only income...went in with the $3.49 coupon to get the Italian BMT.....to treat myself after medical appt., arrived just before noon hour...not busy. I told the girl that I couldn't have the spicey salami...so asked how many meats come on this she said 3...so I said ok...reg salami, ham, so asked about turkey for the 3rd...she said sure...she NEVER said it would be $1.50 extra...I paid via bank card then noticed the extra charge..she called the Mgr out and he began interrogating me in front of everyone...kept asking me 'just say yes or no....just say yes or no'....so I said 'just say yes or no...should she have informed me that it would cost this?' Just say yes or no....he just continued to berate me...I said here's your sandwich back!!......soooooo rude....I will never return to any Subway....Corporate will do nothing about it either! Wish I could give '0' stars!!!!

This is a great Subway location in our neighborhood and it is surprisingly one of the bigger locations I've ever been to. There's a lot of tables inside on both sides of the restaurant and restrooms for customers. My husband and I walked here this past weekend and enjoyed a quick lunch. I had a rotisserie chicken salad and he had a foot long turkey sub. I believe it was the owner who made us our food and was the only employee there (at least from what we saw). They even have a few choices of agua frescas over by the fountain drinks. Parking is available along the street.

Always well tended and helpful. Shows concern for elderly and disabled customers, by carrying orders to tables or cars. Food is excellent and tasty. Order errors are corrected quickly. Wife and I come every other day, generally.

I can't even begin to explain what just happened. Not only will I be making this review but I will also be making a police report and reporting it on the next door app. I came in to this subway after my boyfriend just had eye surgery and hadn't ate since yesterday. Ordered the daily special. The employee asked me if I wanted it toasted abs I said no. But she was putting the chicken cold on my bread. No sauce on it or anything. When we got to ring me up she says the fountain drinks are working. I asked if she could comp me a bottle soda and she said no. I asked why not if the machine isn't working and it went downhill from there. She started yelling and cussing. I told her there was no need to yell at me and she said I wasn't going to talk to her like that. I had but raised my voice or cuss AT ALL. I told her she was in the wrong place for customer service abs she told me that "the customer is not always right". She was so upset she went in the back abs when she came back to the register, I told her I didn't want the food. As I proceeded to walk out, she threw the food at me. She then followed me to my car abs was threatening me to pay for the food.

Went to subway at 180 E “C” Street Upland CA, 91786 at 12pm on Sat 11-6-21.We ordered our food and was overcharged 2.08 for the kid's meal that we purchased. When I told the lady working, she immediately recognized her error and apologized. She then said that they could not give money back. She then said to give her a second while she calls her manager.She went in back to call the manager and came back saying that I could have a cookie to make up for the difference.I told her that I would prefer to not pay 2.08 for a .89 cookie. I would rather just have the 2.08.She went back to call the manager. When she returned, she opened the register and gave me $2.00.I said that is not the right amount. She began to get upset and raised her voice saying, “it’s the same thing!” I said, “but it’s not the right amount…”Angered, she walked away and then called her manager a third time. She opened the register and proceeded to give me $3.00. I said that I don’t want to profit on this and that I just wanted it to be right.Then she got really angry and began to yell in front of my 7-year-old son. Not willing to continue to expose my son to her unprofessional and inappropriate actions–I gave her the extra dollar back and walked out. I didn’t want her money, just mine.I cannot think of another time where I was treated with such disdain for someone else’s mistake. My poor son was frazzled by the interaction. As I walked out, I heard the worker apologize to the line on my behalf. It was hard to remain calm, but I did because it wasn’t worth it.I don’t get how a worker can lose their cool over a simple mistake and resort to the actions she displayed. This is definitely not a place for children or anyone that can do math.
