Liars I called to see if they were open 24/7, and the female employee said “yes”. Upon arriving there, even after two attempts, darkness. The store had been long closed, this location is full of devious liars and probably unsanitary people. Would not recommend, please close down.

I walked in around midnight on a Monday night. Would seem to be a slow time and I had just gotten off work. There were several people in line before me but I probably waited less than 5 minutes. I have come to this location on multiple occasions because I live in the apartments right across the street and this was by far the best experience that I've had. My order was taken with ease and no rolled eyes or sarcasm. I told the employee, Rilee, my order and she immediately started and even asked if some of the toppings for my premade order were ok. I come to this shell station frequently for other things other than subway and I must say everyone there is always polite and friendly. Rilee explained that her manager told her they can't have a cash tip jar anymore which I didn't understand. If she is working the late night shift, why should credit card tips be allocated to others who didn't have to work or be up those hours to make sure others, like myself, were given a good experience. That should change in my opinion. All in all, do a bit better subway, but Rilee, keep being you. Thank you!

Not open 24 hours a day. I waited 20 minutes for an online order only to find no one behind the counter and two convenience store employees who said that wasn't their job. What do I do after having paid already? They just looked clueless I'll never go here again, not for anything including fuel.
