I have been to this location a few times and USUALLY enjoyed what i got. Its not been great BUT I decided to give it one more try. Owner was there, she served us. She was super sweet and made our order just as we asked. But sadly the wilted spinach and flavorless chicken left me scratching my head, (couldn't even finish it. Let my BF eat the other half of my wrap). Last several times here I saw wilted spinach/lettuce. Had to ask for fresh more than once. I use to enjoy Subway. Now it's gone so downhill I don't want to go back.

The older man in charge did not allowed me to choose the sandwich. He said no to my first 5 choices. So i ordered a $7 dollar sandwich and the coupon was $6.99 any sandwich. What a joke.

I have gone to several subways and this place is the best. Very clean and just awesome. Owner Noah (not sure if that's the spelling) great owner. He makes sure his restaurant is clean and very presentable. His staff are great and hard working most especially Isabella. Very helpful and just so extra nice. I am new in town and just love this subway.

Support a Local BusinessA wonderful couple owns the Subway in the College Park Center (by Hitch Burger) She ran the sandwich shop while he cut hair. They worked hard raising 2 sons until Covid came. His haircutting salon chair disappeared overnight. They barely kept the doors open at the Subway but they held on. Then came the employee shortage; The couple took turns opening and working through to closing because America's workforce made more money on the pogie, but they kept at it and made it through.Recently, a Subway franchisee in Rancho Cucamonga simply abandoned their store. Subway corporate reached out to the couple and they jumped at the opportunity to own a second store; however, if that store fails, they might fail, too. For the last few months, the new store, located at 9172, suite B, Foothill Blvd (at Lyon) had been closed but is now open and he runs the new place, along with their sons. If you're in Rancho and you're hungry, stop by and buy a couple of sandwiches or at the Upland location. Tell them Keith and his patient labrador, Wheezer, sent you. You'll be helping a hard working couple achieve the American dream.

Ordered off the mobile app and went to pick it up, came home noticed my wife’s sandwich was wrong. Went back to get it fixed and let this older lady know it was wrong then she tells me I shouldn’t have ordered from the Mobil app because if they are busy the sandwich will get messed up, it’s not that had to fill out a mobile order I remember working at subway 6 years ago and had the app still, so it’s not new.

Please ask your employees to wear hair nets!! I walked in the other day and this dude and girl with long fizzy hair just dangling on top of the sandwich they were making and they seemed to give zero *ucks. I will be reporting to heath department, glad i took pictures. Please be advised people, this is after me finding hair in my food about a month ago, so seeing them not adhering to food handling policies again, just got me to start reporting.

Very disappointed. I use to love subway.But UNFORTUNEATELY it's not the same.Their sandwiches have no flavor as they once use to. Sadly I will not be a returning customer.

My person who made my sandwich Xavier was very rude and inconsiderate. When I snapped at him and mentioned that he put way too much mustard on my sandwich he looked at me and he said well do you want me to take a little off I took maybe half a teaspoon off, I asked him if you could take off more and he had an attitude since then. The manager was standing right by him when it happened when I went to apologize at the register for me snapping at him he totally and completely ignored me. I recommend that Javier gets a better attitude towards his customers or he shouldn't be in customer service.

This place has scammers. They literally used a random machine to charge me twice for my order and when I called the manager about it she insisted that I was calling the wrong location as if I had no idea where I was. She stated that they didn't have another machine to charge on when the worker pulled one out from underneath the counter only to charge me and claim it didn't work, then asked me to swipe my other card on the original machine. I'm definitely complaining to corporate and the BBB about this situation. The owner of this location completely brushed it off and was rude about the entire thing, claiming it never even happened when I have all the proof from my bank statements. And not to mention the worker poured a tremendous amount of salt and pepper on my sandwich making me have to remove everything but the meat on my bread. They really tried to charge me $40 for a foot long. Stay away from these frauds!

DO NOT DO CURBSIDE PICKUP AS THEY DO NOT HONOR IT! The parking lot is small and crowded and the only curbside designated parking is always occupied with people from other businesses or people waiting in line. The owner is not only extremely rude but very unprofessional. They gave my mobile curbside pickup order to the wrong person because they don't verify and then got upset when we walked in and asked for it. Made us wait an additional 20 mins while being remade. When my husband called to complain about the curbside issue, the wait, and their mistake the owner yelled at my husband and told him he can't do the curbside as they can't leave their customers inside waiting... he also kept insinuating that we were the ones that picked it up and and that it was our fault they took our order he kept coming up with stories about how we were making him lose money. All instead of apologizing for their mistake. We even asked if we could take the woman's order who took ours as hers was now sitting there and they said no that it needed to be trashed. When the owner was on the phone he then told us how dare we ask for it and how she came to pick it up AFTER we left which is a lie since she ordered hers 40 mins before we got there and she had already taken our order, the point in asking him for it was to compensate for the wasted time. Something most businesses will offer when they're in the wrong. Whatever the case we told him it costed nothing to verify future order pickups to ensure it never happens again and instead of owning up to their mistake we got yelled at. We've been coming here since the building was made and its sad that business ended this way as they have now lost a loyal customer. When my husband told the owner "sir as a business owner myself the customer is always right" Owner's response: Thanks if I need business advice I'll make sure to call you. And hung up. I sure hope he gets much needed help because treating customers as if they're the problem is not going to end well.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Ordered a foot long tuna sub sand-which and this is what I got.(See photo) they were VERY STINGY with literally every ingredient that came on their tuna sub. My sand-which was literally a bite full of bread. Very disappointed. There’s a location off of the 10 freeway and mountain that I will be going to from now on even though I literally live right next to this location.
