“I walked in around midnight on a Monday night. Would seem to be a slow time and I had just gotten off work. There were several people in line before me but I probably waited less than 5 minutes. I have come to this location on multiple occasions because I live in the apartments right across the street and this was by far the best experience that I've had. My order was taken with ease and no rolled eyes or sarcasm. I told the employee, Rilee, my order and she immediately started and even asked if some of the toppings for my premade order were ok. I come to this shell station frequently for other things other than subway and I must say everyone there is always polite and friendly. Rilee explained that her manager told her they can't have a cash tip jar anymore which I didn't understand. If she is working the late night shift, why should credit card tips be allocated to others who didn't have to work or be up those hours to make sure others, like myself, were given a good experience. That should change in my opinion. All in all, do a bit better subway, but Rilee, keep being you. Thank you!“
“I have gone to several subways and this place is the best. Very clean and just awesome. Owner Noah (not sure if that's the spelling) great owner. He makes sure his restaurant is clean and very presentable. His staff are great and hard working most especially Isabella. Very helpful and just so extra nice. I am new in town and just love this subway.“
“I wish I would have remembered our sandwich artist's name! Host ID 745-217-5395630 was super nice & even went as far as to make my daughter feel special with a smiley face on her sandwich wrapper. Wished her a happy birthday also She is the friendliest customer service I've experienced in a long time!“
