Rudest server and manager I have ever encountered. When we walk in there is literally not one customer anywhere at lunchtime 12pm. As we walk in we start looking at the menu to decide what to order. I ask to use the restroom, the cashier literally says to me "paying customers only", which is understandable for the area. I reply with "I plan on ordering food, we are deciding right now.This cashier says "not until you pay first" my partner says let's leave, and as we are leaving the manger who hasn't been listening to this exchange at all says, "what?" upset that we were leaving.Listen it's one thing to enforce a rule to keep non paying customers out of your restroom, it's another to literally force a customer who would have gladly paid for food and was actively ordering from using it until the have paid. It's bad for business to treat any human less than. It's no wonder it's empty in there.

the young man who took our order was super sweet! the cheesecakes were absolutely delicious as well. i told some friends and my boyfriend about this place! i will definitely be coming back

Just called them to see what steps they do to make it safe for those with Celiac Diease. Baker or Management couldn't be bothered to come to the phone, response from lady who answered was "The Baker said, he does what the law says for precautions." Definitely not safe for those that have Celiac Diease! Nor are they knowledgeable about Celiac Diease, stay clear away for those with Celiac Diease or serious allergy to gluten. A small amount of glute will have my daughter's in the ER room and hospital for 2 days.

From the moment I walked in the door the experience was amazing. I was greeted by Shantelle and her lovely assistant. They were so helpful with helping me pick the perfect cake for my son. I got an assorted cheese cake with 12 different slices that each are beautiful and delicious. This will be my new cheese cake spot. Can't wait to try thr food next time !! I love supporting small business even more so when the owner Is on site and helping go see Shantelle and get you the best cheesecake ever !!

It was good! We tried four of the cheesecakes, but only one was a miss for us. We tried Caramel latte macaroon, vegan cashew, rocky road, and Giovanni ricotta. Vegan cashew was okay, my least favorite of the four. I didn't prefer the texture of it.Service was really friendly, the restaurant and bathroom are super clean. Would still come back to try other flavors!

The customer service is excellent ?? I'm vegan so I had the large waffle cut fries serving size big enough for two people ?? I also had the vegan cheesecake slice it was good especially the crust it tasted like a mixture of almonds and coconut?

Customer service was horrible. They got my order wrong that I called in weeks in advance for. I even called the day before to make sure everything was ready and they said yes. I got there and waited forever for someone to actually help me. Then it took them forever to find my order. Turned out that they didn't have what I ordered and either I could take a sugar free one or get a refund. Never offered to give me the next size up and did not apologize. In fact I was given a major attitude. To top it off...the cheesecake was mediocre. Never will I support this business again! Zero stars if I could. ✌

I visited Sweet Obsession 01/06/23 during the evening based solely on their yelp reviews. I am SO GLAD I did. Honestly the best cheesecake I have ever had. I got the blueberry, strawberry, Oreo and caramel vanilla wafer. The blueberry cheesecake was spongey and creamy and decadent while managing to stay true to the essence of cheesecake. I've only always had Stouffer like cheesecake that I thought was tasty. But Sweet Obsession cheesecake really blew me away. I can't wait to return and try different flavors. I keep thinking how the blueberry cheesecake wasn't too sweet and how the texture was so lovely. I'm coming back!

I happened to yelp this place looking for good service and desserts for a big company party. Ordered about $300.00 worth of desserts for this party. They asked me if I wanted cookies, I decided why not. But then after they charged me told me they were 3 days old and not fresh. I appreciated the honesty. Or was it honesty? Here's what happened the Manager some lady there says why don't I call you, give me your number and I will get you your cookies. This was on December 13,2022 no text no call. So I decided to call on December 28, 2022 to get my cookies that I paid for. Another company function, some guy answered and could not find my order. I asked for the manager thinking she was honest enough to recall that Sweet Obsession in Upland owed me my cookies . How does any business owner forget their dues or customers??? Well this young guy says give me your nombre because she does not want anyone knowing her number (understood) so again I believed what this guy said Manager will call me in 10 minutes since he spoke to her. Honesty! hardly not even close. No call from her. So I called the number again and the young man answered again and asked me "did she call?"" Like he knew, she did not because he said okay what we can do is bake them the following day and I can pick up, which is very inconvenient since they open At 11am. I need these for the office. At this point I asked for money back and asked of this manager recalled she owed me cookies. To my surprise from a manager who promised me, she did not. I asked for the managers name but he said no. I am shocked by all the pictures they display but such a racket to get honesty and keep their word. But I will tell you they are very willing to up sell you, take your money but they will not remember what they promise you. I wish she would have just credited me day one when I asked for MY money back when they could not deliver the goods! Watch out for this place and their phony smiles.

I heard really good things about this place, so I ordered 2 cheesecakes (they have a diabetic/keto one) and while picking up decided to have lunch...great decision! Deluxe chicken sandwich & waffle fries are de-licious!!!! Highly recommended!!

I think the first thing to mention is the amazing customer service. I walked in and seeing the customers excited to experience the food was even more of an assurance. Everyone working was accommodating and helped me when I was in a pickle. The crispy bombs were a hit at the engagement party I bought them for and absolutely delicious. I can't wait to go back and try more from the menu.

Today was my first time in. Always keep seeing it on my Yelp and decided to stop on by. There customer service is exceptional. They have great recommendations especially the boy that was there sharing his fav flavors. I happened to walk in during a random act of kindness and was gifted a horchata lata which was great! Now, the cheesecakes were amazing. Definitely will be back :)

They had very good service, their staff was friendly . The cheesecakes were good not over the top like the other reviews for their price they could have been better. I got the strawberries, they told me they didn't have any on top but they still have some inside the cheesecake. Wrong did not have any strawberries just a strawberry glaze in certain spots... disappointed...

Whenever my husband or I are in Upland, we try to make it here for a couple slices of cheesecake. They have creative flavors (grape soda, circus animal cookies, horchata churro...just to name a few) and any of the ones we've tried have satisfied our sweet teeth? tooths? I saw that they have sugar free and (sometimes) vegan options in stock. From what I could tell when I've visited, they don't seem to carry the vegan options in their display case, but you can preorder it for pick up. I do hope to try their non-cheesecake/dessert items soon!
