Music was way too loud. I couldn't hear the workers or my kids right next to me.This is not the first time that I sat inside with my kids and somehow I ended up waiting so long for my food. I didn't have a big order but because we are inside our food gets very last. Last time I had over an hour and half wait but the manager made sure he made it up to us. This time is was a 25 minute wait. I also don't like how I can't even ask them to use the bathroom since music is so loud and they are not paying attention to people coming in at the register. The woman at the register was sweet but sadly I won't be going back to eat with my kids if it ain't drive thru.

Don't go to this taco bell you'll regret it, I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt so many times only to basically have the employees practically spit in my face and stomp on my attempts to be nice and understanding. I get it working at taco bell probably sucks but what probably makes it worse is the fact the customers are constantly ignored or have to deal with rude employees.Every time I have gone to this location or gotten food from this location the order is screwed up, or they are out of basic stuff like meats.Go to the one on archibald or any taco bell but here...I think this legitimately might be the worst taco bell in the nation.Update jan 25/24Tried to give them another chance, waited a solid 5 minutes at the registers for one of 4 employees sitting at a table in the back corner to come ip to me and imply i have to order at the kiosk which I did not want to do since they had no printed recipt option (something I wanted since their reputation is what it is) waited around 10 minutes for a deluxe cravings box and luckily they actually gave me what I ordered.

The food was great. The inside of this restaurant needed tending.Most of the tables were dirty and I did see trash on the floors. I like the fact that you can order on the kiosk.I do have to say when I was eating my lunch the music that was playing inside the restaurant was way too loud. The music needs to be adjusted to a lower level of volume. My eardrums!!!!! ?Other than that, my lunch was delicious.

On December 23, 2023, we bought family dinner, 6 soft tacos, and 6 crunchy taco total of 12, but they gave us 5 soft and 5 crunchy tacos only, and the cashier name is Heaven at 1:09:40 PM this in not right and we call and we speak to Heaven and told her about and the charge us the whole amount of family dinner prices....

Messed up our order, two out of 4 combos were wrong. Pop machine out of syrup in my drink. Service very slow, said big order ahead of us...ok...then give us our drinks, and TELL US it's gonna be a wait...

I picked up lunch here today for my wife and I. The lady that took my order and helped me at the window was very kind and courteous. So service was great, which is why I have two stars. But minus three stars for the lack of value received in our meals. The burritos, Taco Supremes, and nachos with cheese were severely lacking in ingredients and quantity. Shrinkflation is alive and well at this location. You pay more and get much less. We will not be back. I would rather drive to the San Dimas Taco Bell, where I always get a fair value.

They refused to take my order at the counter and told me that I had to use the kiosk... and that soon there will be no counter. I refused and told her that if that is the only way to order then she can go ahead and do it for me. So she did.Why in the world should I do their job for them (taking my order) and not get paid for it? Not even get a discount for doing their job for them?What has happened to customer service? It doesn't exist at this Taco Bell. Not only did they refuse me counter service, several people walked by and ignored me before someone finally told me that I had to use the kiosk. In addition, there was no Iced tea in the dispenser and no Sweetener. So I just had a Pepsi instead, which is not what I really wanted.Utterly disgusting that one can no longer walk into a Taco Bell and be greeted by a smiling face and have your order taken. If this is what is going to happen to all Taco Bells, I will never step foot in another one.

I ordered one item, bean and cheese burrito, no cheese due to being lactose intolerant, add beef. They asked if it was correct on the screen, I said yes. After eating half the burrito I noticed the cheese and NO beef. One item! Really! I hope I don't get sick!
