I have had 2 events at Teacups and Treasures and I can't express how great Doreen and her son are. They always go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied.

We had a wonderful time at a baby shower. Ms. Dorine and her son were very accommodating and worked with us to make sure everything flowed.

Wonderful experience! Always wanted to go to a teahouse.. I took my daughter and some friends after we went bridal dress shopping and the owner is the sweetest lady who came out talked to us, talked about the history of her business and also prepared our food.Tea choices are extensive yet FABULOUS! Sandwiches , scones and desserts were just delightful.. Thank you so much, I hope to return when I am back up that way again.

Thank you Dorine, my daughters bridal shower was beautiful. Your tea room is so charming and the service was great. You and your son went above and beyond. Would highly recommend holding a small gathering here. Thanks again Laura Wallace

The tea selection is no joke. They have nice variety of tea which is brewed, in my opinion, very nicely. The host Max gave my sister and I a great reception and introduction to the menu. The whole experience ended up being lovely for both tea and 'tea' lol

From the moment you walk in you feel very well taken care of. The list of teas seems endless in a positive way so many wonderful varieties and so good! The sandwiches were perfect and the scones delicious and the dessert tray was amazing!!! Bravo Teacups and Treasures we will be back!

Will not return and do not advise as a location for large parties.I had my baby shower here (less than 20 people) because I liked the location, decor, and food offered with tea. However, at the party I was disappointed that sandwich trays were not used , as they normally are for smaller groups. We also were promised upon booking this venue that individual hand sanitizer bottles would be included for guests. They were not.My main concern with this tea house was the service. There is only one server who is undertrained and undermonitored which lead to many confusing and frustrating situations for guests and very slow meal distribution. Most egregiously, the photo attached is of the cake that I brought from a custom baker. A cake cutting fee was charged at this tea house (which is standard for many venues) but at the shower, each guest was only served the strawberry and vanilla section of our neapolitan cake.I assumed the baker mistakenly made a strawberry/vanilla cake, and was prepared to alert them of their error after the shower. However, when I arrived at home, I found that the chocolate layer and a *very* thin vanilla layer is left .Moreover, NONE of my guests received a chocolate slice, although there is clearly a strangely shaped chocolate section missing. WHERE IS THE MISSING CHOCOLATE CAKE ?!?! Obviously it was either eaten by staff or set aside to create desserts for future guests.Outrageous.If the server truly doesnt know how to slice a cake, this venue has NO BUSINESS charging a cake cutting fee, and should have either allowed us to cut it ourselves, or simply refused to allow outside dessert, saving me hundreds of dollars on the cake that was butchered.

This was a fun experience for a Grandma, mother and daughter outting. We all ordered the Queen Mary Lou's tea and for $25 you receive your choice of tea, (an entire pot); four delicious finger sandwiches; a tasty scone with Devonshire cream and lemon curd and a large selection of tasty bite-size desserts served on beautifully mismatched china. Our server Max was absolutely awesome!
