How are you NOT going to have ice or lids for your drinks After what you charge??? That is so ridiculous. I went in there to purchase drinks and cookies for my kids and guess what? The drink spilled as I was driving home in my cup holder. And your cashier is going to use “ aesthetic” as your excuse for not having these things for your drinks? I run a business and this is not a way to run your business.

Came here to see what the hype was all about. It was a let down. The cookies were okay at best. But for $5 a cookie I expected more. Got the strawberry cheesecake, funfetti, chocolate chip, the red velvet, and the s'mores cookies. Favorites were the s'mores and the strawberry cheesecake. Least favorite would have to be the funfetti and the red velvet/purple Haze cookie. The purple Haze cookie that we received was very hard not sure if it was just over baked or stale but it was the only cookie that differed in terms of texture to the other 4. Also tried the purple dranks. One was lemonade the other was purple milk. Nothing special about it, just some milk with purple food coloring is my guess. Highly recommend the milk if you're getting one of the two drinks the cookies are very sweet.

Whoever runs the Instagram page is extremely unprofessional, petty, and vengeful. If you leave comment that she dislikes, she'll come after you with nasty remarks and block you. I've seen it happen over and over again with anyone that says something she doesn't like. It's really silly that whoever this broad is acts like such a child. This post has nothing to do with their cookies, but how unprofessional and pathetic the owner/whoever runs the IG is towards customers. It's bad enough that she treats the page like her own personal tiktok with posts that have nothing to do with their own product or something pathetic like bashing their competition Crumbl. I think I'll go from now on even though they're farther. At least they aren't cowards.

I went in for the first time and they let me know about their mini version for $10 so I could try all the flavors. Those cookies were so beyond stale it was clear they just throw them in the bag and forget about them until some poor soul buys them. It was a bad first impression of a place I was really excited about but will definitely not be going back to again.

Usually this spot is not a bad location but I ordered last night and they left wrappers/ plastic baked into my cookie. Get on your quality control people and hold them accountable.

Had some very amazing service and left with quality cookies. Will definitely be recommending this place and coming back for more! Have such a variety of options and don't disappoint. Pricing is also very reasonable for the size of the cookies.

LOVED every cookie I tried. I had no idea this place existed until last minute I was asked to bring dessert to a BBQ, looked on yelp. I got their assorted box, a bit pricey but they looked amazing and thought I would give them a try, so glad I did. We cut each cookie into 6 pieces, they are soft so that was not a problem, one bite of each was a sugar rush since I do not eat sugar often but totally worth it for a rare sweet treat. I tried a bite of the Chocolate XTC phatty, strawberry cheesecake and the firecreacker s'mores phatty, I would certainly get each of those again but the Chocolate XTC phatty was my favorite, the flavor of this was exquisite. Everyone else that had a bite enjoyed them also. The person at the counter that helped me was friendly and helpful, which I always appreciate, very glad I tried this place, I will be back. Enjoy~

PLEASE BE AWARE: They claim to say your order comes with a free drink, but they end up charging $3 for it. On the last two occasions we visited, we ordered a half sack which is $25 and they said it comes with a purple drink, yet the total was $28. Aside from misleading customers and the upcharge of items, their cookies are delicious. Just the way I like my cookies; perfectly soft and moist on the inside and the edges have the right texture. And I am glad I haven't found any hairs, I hope I never do. I would honestly give 5 stars if it wasn't for misleading customers and uncharging items without their knowledge. It is not right.

I called before I place a DoorDash order asking if they seal the cookies with stickers/labels that way the cookies are sealed when arriving and they told me yes, when they're available and they currently have them available... I placed an order 1 minute later and my cookies arrived without a seal and oily finger prints all over the outside of the box lol. Cookies are good but half of them were really dry. I'll have to try them again.

$70 spent on their cookies, I am very disappointed. I ordered 4 keto chocolate chip cookies and only got 2/4 and got 2 of the dark chocolate ones which I don't like unfortunately thus never order. My cookies and cream, were RAW. Unfortunately the cookies and cream ones are the ones I love so I ordered like 4-5 of them. I took a bite and they literally fell apart in my hand. Mac Daddy and The strawberry cheesecake ones, also raw. The popper cookies, some were raw thus caused some to stick together and not want to come out of the container.I called the location and no apologizes or resolution or nothing, I was just told the cookies were warm and to let them sit. Thats all. This isn't my first time eating cookie plug I have been to this Upland and Victorville location a few times to know that's NOT an issue or them being 'warm' but rather RAW. They have sat for an hour and they're still raw.Very disappointing, I'm upset at the fact I splurged just receive this quality and lack of care. Most importantly I was not offered any apology just was dismissed. I'm going to save myself the stomach ache and unfortunately toss these out.

Cool place. I bought 14 cookies for $35 and was told it includes a free drink and when I looked to pay was charged three dollars for this free drink! I was in sales so I know what they were doing and to be honest I don't appreciate that and when I brought it up to the lady she acted as if she didn't hear me! Be honest and transparent and I will not be returning after that!
