Not bad but beware the later you go, the less chance your food will be great. I went through the drive through at 9 and ordered a double char burger with cheese, avocado, and bacon. They ended up giving me a single instead of a double and the sprite was off as well.

They have burned cold fries. They forgot to give me my drinks twice already. The people working in the drive-thru are rude and unfriendly. My grilled chicken sandwich came with a tiny piece of chicken. Stay away from this place. Go to In N Out.

Customer service here is so bad. The girl in the drive thru didn't have any customer service. Is minimum wage going up for them? Maybe if it does they'll be happier. Regardless, the prices have already increased as if they were getting the minimum wage increase so I would hope the food and customer service is better. My sweet potato fries were burnt and so gross

Lackluster still made good burger/portablla w/extra aoili. Smashed. Love drive thru though so Id probably do it again. New Years day so staff may have been a bit off.Parking: Dessert right next door❣️

My wife was really craving a burner and this place is nearby. I've been here a few times and the food is usually decent. This time was pretty terrible. I don't think I've ever been served an entire order of burnt anything before. I didn't try going back since it was close to closing time. I probably won't ever go back again.
Every time it never fails that this location hired incompetent people! I asked for avacado on my burger and you have no problem charging me $2.00 but never put it on my burger! Such a rip off and I firmly believe they do it on purpose to make money at this point!

I rarely come here but decided was in the mood for a Burger from here bad bad mistake ez Burger has fresher better tasting Burgers than here the meat tasted funny the Burger looked like it was under the lights and smashed it was not good at all the fries were stale the only good thing was the tempura greenbeans did I mention ezburger has better tasting burgers never again will I come here so disappointed the service was good friendly cashiers

Im really upset with the habit. Upon walking up to the counter to get my food I fell on the the floor on a mess that they put a sign in front of that wasn't even wiped up properly it was all wet and I guess they think a sign good enough right next to where you grab the pick up order???? The staff just stared at me no are you ok or we are sorry lady just hands me my food?? I said you guys need to clean that up my knee all messed up now and someone could have gotten hurt way worse. They did nothing didn't even acknowledge me or the situation. I walked out with my food and said ok guess your just gonna let someone else fall as no one continued to attend to this. Also to add insult to injury I get home and there no teriyaki on my salad as indicated on the receipt but I'm not surprised as this has happen a few times to me now. Won't be back. I advise anyone that cares about this that manages this company to look at there cameras today 12/04/23 just after 12:11 PM indicated on my receipt of my purchase.
