I ordered $110 worth of the scenery. They've finally done it. I've been going there since 80s they changed the recipe and that cream they use in the cinnamon horns and the chocolate cream horns. It is not the same cream so it was nice while you guys were there. The new people are cheap.

This place gets many more stars than 5! We have been coming with our folks since we were kids, we are now in our 50's, some 45 yrs later! Now living in AZ, we make it a point to load up to take home! The nicest staff, and always happy to see the owner! We need you out here in the desert! Thank you for being the BEST!

I can't say enough good things about The Thinnery! There's no other bakery like it around anywhere. I've lost 82 lbs indulging in the baked foods from The Thinnery!Dietary restrictions: No sugar found in anything at The Thinnery & they even have soft serve! Yummy!

Wonderful place. Having a one stop sugar free bakery hosted by great staff is a dream come true. Their pastries and chocolates do not taste sugar free yet, as proof from my glucose results, they really are! The lady who helped me was very kind in creating two birthday cakes and even conspired with me in surprising my partner when we went in to pick it up. 5 stars and I recommend this place.

I am SO happy to have found this sugar free bakery! This was recommended by a friend who owns a catering company. My husband is a diabetic and I eat a low carb diet and we still like to enjoy our sweets which makes this a perfect pairing! The selection is awesome, frozen desserts, cookies, pastries, mousse and more. I had my sister try some items and we ended up going to the bakery right away so she could take some goodies home too! I couldn't believe how delicious the chocolate vanilla mousse was...wow! If you don't want sugar in your diet but want to enjoy sweet treats...don't waste time and try it for yourself.

Closed during posted business hours. Sign on door said 'be back at 12:00'. Now 12:20. Still closed. Look, I get they are a small family run bakery from other reviewers. Things happen. But there's got to be a way to know the the doors are locked and the lights are off before I waste gas to visit. Lesson learned. If the reviews mention "family". Then call before leaving home.
5 Stars for this establishment of sugar free treats. This place has been around for years but it seems to always be overlooked. I would recommend this sugar free place to anyone and everyone. The treats are amazing. My family loves the logs, figure eight, any of the short cakes. Right now we are loving the pumpkin spice moose mini tarts. They also have chocolate candies you can choose from. Soft serve ice cream and pies. Again all sugar free- you don't even know the sugar is missing. Don't walk run to go check it out. As for service here they are amazing people.

Very nice little bakery. Kind is like a hole in the wall type of place. However, EVERYTHING. they sell is sugar free, low carb. They have an array of pastries, sliced cake, cookies, frozen bake at home pies, soft serve, even some store made chocolates. All sugar free and low carb. They were very accommodating on my last minute same day request for a whole cake, which they had ready in 4 hours. Don't mistake for a Portoos, or 84.9 degree. But, for a diabetic with a cake/pie craving. This place saves the day. Even the non diabetic at our party found the cake to be moist snd flavorful with non of the artificial sweetener after taste. Glad I found this place.
