Tpumps has been my favorite boba place since it opened when I was in high school. The drinks and service are always great, I used to introduce it to every new person I met. I moved away last year and have yet to find another boba place that has this many options for customizing your tea. My favorite was a bmt with gingerbread, marshmallow and almond rocha (hot or iced). 10/10 recommend

ordered two teas one with matcha and the only reason they had "flavor" was because of the lychee jelly. the teas were like water. not sure how you water down matcha so much to where you can't taste it. when you get your drink, drink from the middle and not with your boba or jelly. there will be no flavor to it other than a severely watered down tea.

IMGO. This place used to be good. I went the other day and the boba was meh the popping boba had a bad taste to it, idk maybe it was bad. Tea was very sweet when I asked for normal sweet and had no tea flavor. I got a few fruit syrups and it was just bad.i couldn't even finish the drink and threw it out. I used to go here all the time but that's the last time I will hunty. Just sayin...

This is my favorite tea shop in Upland. The flavors are good- they have lots of variety. The service is quick and friendly. Their drinks are larger than most tea shops and I believe they are always $5 flat! Can't beat it!

This place is fantastic! I am new to the Boba world and hand no clue what I was doing when I went in to order and didn't know what to get for a first timer. The service was GREAT!! The place is really nice on the inside and everyone was super helpful and kind!! The boba that they suggested for me was so good!! I will be coming back for sure!!! Take my advice...this place is AWESOME! The customer service is what made the whole experience.

Service was amazing hands down!!! The gentleman told me if I didn't like my drink he would make me a new one! What?!!! Wow I thought that was great! I tried the caramel black coconut milk tea with boba and let me just say, yes and yes!! So good!! I will definitely be back for more!

I will drive 30 min to come here always!! I'm very into sweets so getting a tea here is perfect for dessert and such a great deal. I always come on a tuesday to get the large size for the price of a medium. The employees are helpful and always make my drink perfect.

Driving by and stopped to get a drink. So glad I did. The best Thai tea and boba. You can really taste it's fresh and not old like other places. Dropped a drink off for my mom and she called me couple mins later and asked where I got the drink because she loved it!

Drinks are okay. Customer service is really lacking. It's my first time at this location and I didn't get a greeting at all. Dead silence. A hello is the bare minimum and we couldn't even get that.

This location is located right by my gym so it is hard to leave or drive by without stopping by and grabbing a drink especially with the southern California heat wave sometimes! There is an area to sit on the right side and then some bar stools and a table as well if you're coming with a crowd and just wants to hang out. But for most of the times I have been there, it is usually empty. There drink menu can be extremely overwhelming because there is ALOT of options from different teas or various flavors that you can mix. I mean you literally mix any types of flavors. I ordered the strawberry mango peach black tea with boba and it was good. The boba tasted fresh and they were very quick with getting the order out. The only thing I'd say is that their drinks are really sweet. If you're not into sugary sweet drinks, you can always lower the level of sweetness as well.
