Wendy's is ok. The workers are always really nice and usually get your orders right. I bought some double chunk cookies that were just as crusty, stale, and greasy as a drunken old N.Y. hobo. The new "orange dreamcicle" frosty is actually a vile and unholy nightmare on steroids. It's as if the devil himself spat this thing out. The taste is disgusting and vomit inducing like a cough syrup meant to torture and punish patients in a cruel and sadistic insane asylum. Listen Wendy's, what you need to do is rid the world of this orange colored sludge N.O.W. This is yet another middle finger to your customers and it shows. The world knows that all the wealthy corporate vermin wouldn't even think to be seen at any fast food facility, much less eat at one. Do better Wendy's. But with every corrupt corporation on the planet, your track record is garbage and you'll just do far worse.

There no answering there phone i i guess thats how things are ran here i ordered 20 pieces nuggets large fries and medieum and 2 chicken sanwiches my wife got a 1 hambuger raining so i didnt check the food am missing a 8 dollar burger gave us no receipt

OMG! Didn't know they had a 1 1/2 star rating but know why! My husband ordered a double with cheese plain. He gets home, opens the wrapper and there is the bottom bun and 1 hamburger patty with 2 pieces of cheese. He takes it back and the lady at the counter tells him the lady that made it doesn't speak good English! That's her excuse for wrapping up 1/2 a hamburger? And they're going to pay her $20 an hour? What the HELL! Sorry I didn't take a photo. He was pissed and left too quick.

I've visited this Wendy's location multiple times, and I can't help but notice that their service consistently lags behind other fast-food drive-throughs I've been to. I'm not sure why, but each visit seems to result in frustratingly long wait times. It's a bummer because I love Wendy's food, but the slow service at this particular location can get frustrating if in a hurry. Hopefully, they can address these issues in the future, as it would really improve their overall dining experience.

This will be the first and the last time that I ever come to this Wendy's here in upland in my local neighborhood. I ordered the 644 and received all my food cold which is a great lawsuit. The fries were cold the hamburger meat was hard which I ordered the double stack and the chicken nuggets were cold and old. Did I notice in the back where Mexicans so they are not very sanitary themselves. I will let everybody know about this Wendy's and I will report it to OSHA immediately
