Who's Tea is located in the same plaza as Vons and Cold Stones off Foothill Blvd. What a good location for them since it is near the high school. I have been meaning to come here for some time now but their hours were really strange during the pandemic. Glad I was finally able to make it. The interior of the shop has a few cute little tables and plenty of plexi glass up at the cashier to protect their staff. The decoration is a bit random but whimsical. They even had a TV up where at first I thought they were showing some Asian drama, but it was actually their Who's Tea commercial on replay. Apparently they sell egg tarts here, but at the time of my visit they were note available. I'll have to come back for their egg tarts. I ordered my parent's go to Fresh Taro Milk Tea with boba ($5.50/each) and I had a Black Mustache Milk Tea ($5.75). Drinks were made to order and I got my drinks in a reasonable amount of time. The worker kindly put my drinks in a nice drink carrier and a sturdy bag. The materials were high quality and arrived to my parents' house safely. We all enjoyed our drinks. It was a nice change to all the other spots we usually get. I like that they used fresh taro in my parent's drink. I felt like the tea flavor was high quality in my milk tea. Looks like we'll be add Who's Tea to the milk tea rotation whenever my parents are craving boba.

I love this milk tea place. Everyone is so nice here and their milk teas are the best. Not taste like powdery fake milk tea. You just have to try it and you will know what I'm talking about lmao.

Nice decoration and set up to step in and stay. They have serve some Taiwanese fried dishes such as friend mushroom which is not that common find from other store. If you are person who love to try new flavors of drinks and fried snacks, this is a good place to go, especially is hard to find other original Taiwanese boba drink store around this area.

French-vibey store (even playing french music) but their boba was good - seems to be from a Taiwan chain. Friend and I had a good time studying here. Ask for wifi! The boba itself was on the firmer side but tasted good. Price was moderate but they have some unique tea flavors and great food snacks like popcorn chicken that I hardly see anymore. We ordered the tieguanyin straight up and and tieguanyin milk tea. The tea with 25% was perfect on flavor and sweetness, but milk tea 100% was definitely waay too sweet - couldn't even finish it. Would recommend going down for sugar. They have a unique mustache milk teas which is basically milk tea topped with chocolate foam. Haven't tried it yet but seems interesting for next time. They did close early once they sold out of boba though, so you can call to ask or come earlier. Also restrooms are currently closed, but there's a vons nearby. Ordering can be done with the QR code or at the counter! Overall a great boba option in the IE area

Taiwanese bubble tea in Upland?! I normally have to drive half an hour or so out just to get some. Located near Vons off Euclid and Foothill, this place has quickly become a new favorite. Drinks my family has tried: Black Mustache Milk Tea Taiwan Pineapple Tieguanyin Tea Pineapple Green Tea Yakult w/Agar Pearl Taiwan 80s Milk Tea Who's Tea Classic EggTart

Taste good. Boba is chewy! First time my boss treat me the tea and now I came by myself. Love interior decoration too.

This is literally the best tea in the Inland Empire. They have the best selection of true tea. The flavor of all of their teas is amazing. They also have some interesting vinegar drinks as well. So if you drink apple cider vinegar for health reason this place has some nice fruit vinegar based drinks. The stuff is also super nice. They just opened their menu. I have just had the egg tarts and they are pretty good.

Legit tea. Every time. Fast service. They always beat their wait estimates by a long shot, at least for now. This is our go-to tea place in the area around Upland. Taiwan '80s milk tea at 50% sweetness, grape vinegar, and pineapple tieguanyin (also at 50% sweetness) are our faves. Good amount of tea flavor with the right amount of sweetness for us.

My go to spot for boba during the pandemic. The boba is not overly sweet and the staff are nice!

Finally- something different from the "usual" and common boba flavors. This place is unique in the flavor options they offer and I love their concept and packaging! Definitely recommend

I have to preface this review by saying that I have now tried 5 drinks now and I have loved them all! To top it off, the employees are super nice and they actually remember my husband because he keeps coming back to buy us drinks. My favorite drinks are the orange green tea and the lemon passion fruit green tea. I've tried many boba spots in the area and I finally found my favorite. At other places, the drinks lack the authentic tea taste I love but Who's tea tastes like authentic tea. If you are a real tea lover, this is the place for you! If you are used to the overly sugary and sweet drinks where you can't taste the tea this may not be your cup of tea. I will continue coming here once a week like I have been. Thanks Who's Tea :)

Wow. Legit Taiwanese bubble tea with fresh fruit and ingredients. In Upland. I'm an Angeleno and have spent most of my 20's getting tea in the San Gabriel Valley. Who's Tea is really good, competitive with the most well known Taiwanese chains like Happy Lemon, Yinfang, and Gong Cha. I grew up in the IE, and it used to mostly be a wasteland for authentic food. The last decade has seen some much needed change arrive in this area. There's several shopping centers in Rancho with incredible Sichuan, Hunan, and Cantonese food, for instance. And several solid tea shops in Upland. Who's Tea is similar to what you'd find in the SGV, Irvine, or even the Bay Area (where they have two locations). It's not syrupy or artificial. The menu is simple. The tea is strong and delicious. The boba was perfectly cooked! They have cheese foam and agar boba, hard-to-find toppings in the IE. So far, I've only tried the Honey/Lemon Tieguanyin, a type of oolong tea you rarely see outside of specialty shops. Delicious. Smoky, robust, just the right amount of sweetness for me (I got 30%). Definitely more honey than lemon, but really great. My brother went for the Taiwan Fruit tea, full sweet. Fresh fruit, and delicious for those who like sweeter drinks. I'm very excited to come back and try their grapefruit, lemon-passionfruit, and watermelon-lemon. I really hope this place catches on: their opening coincided with Covid, but they're doing everything they can. Super covid safe ordering experience and kind staff as well. I can't believe it's in Upland, and I hope the community embraces this tiny gem.
