I have attempted to eat 5 of the delivered mean and have not liked one. They are loaded with carbs (80gms) in one meal and they look nothing like the pictures. I would not only not recommend these meals, I would discourage anyone from ordering. I am only glad that I purchased through Groupon and only wasted a portion of the money from buying directly.

I've purchased three Groupons for these meals and they have been great every time! Balancing two jobs with school and college clubs left no time for me to consistently cook healthy meals at home. I needed something that was quick, on the go, and healthy. These meals were more than I had hoped for! World Gardens provides a variety of dishes which I liked as opposed to other food providers that I have tried that only offer 5-7 dishes to choose from. As mentioned in other reviews, these are not TV dinners. These meals are freshly cooked and are frozen over night. World Gardens calls you the next day to let you know that your food is ready for pick up (delivery to your house is an option). Because there is so little time between cook date and frozen date, the meals maintain their delicious flavor. It's far better than TV dinners you get from grocery stores that have been frozen for who knows how long! I'll be buying more meals from World Gardens Cafe in the future and definitely recommend it for anyone in the Inland Empire

I had the gluten free Lasagna. It was good. It did not make me feel full when I was finished. Their foods are very healthy and make you feel good!

Bought two groupons because I wanted to have some easy to pack meals for work and still eat healthy. I registered on their site and ordered within a week. The owner called me and told me that my meals were ready. Completely confused I called him back because I hadn't even chosen what meals I wanted. Apparently you don't get a choice, they are based on what ingredients they have available. Ok, whatever. I let him know when I'll be picking it up and he agrees. So I get there and NO-ONE is there. I knock, call his #, wait for almost 30mins and finally I see someone inside. She won't let me pick up my food because she has nothing to do with the company, I guess the kitchen is rented out to random companies. I finally get a call back from the owner and he confirms that I am allowed to pick up my food. She gives me this huge box and once I get it in my car, I think hmmm better check it. Pretty disappointed to find a box of frozen dinners. I could have bought that from the grocery store for much cheaper. I thought maybe they would taste better than a regular frozen dinner but sadly wrong again. I'll think twice before buying a groupon for prepared food again.

This food is delicious. I eat it at least once a week. So here's how it works. You order the meals you want, or a sampler pack to try different ones. Then Chef Ravi cooks it fresh, then freezes it, then you get it, put in the freezer, and just like that you can have a restaurant style meal at home in a matter of minutes. These meals are NOT t.v. dinners or the old frozen meal you can by in the supermarket. These meals are cooked gourmet, Caribbean style, by Chef Ravi who I have personally met and he is an amazing chef. Also the food is very healthy. You can get gluten free, no carbs, whatever you dietary needs are. If you work long hours, have a busy schedule or otherwise don't have time to prepare a home cooked meal then this is the answer for you.

Being a gluten-free vegan I find it hard to find food that I can eat, let alone have waiting for me when I get home! World Gardens Cafe is great if you have a time restriction and cannot eat out. They offer breakfast , lunch, and dinner. The flavors were beyond amazing and they are very easy to get a hold of. Their prices are more expensive than fast foods (obviously) but the price is worth what you get... a healthy, delicious, convenient meal!
