Very clean and organized. I drive through this area when I’m traveling and it was the first time I have ever stopped here. I was very impressed how nice the staff was and how clean it is. I spoke to the assistant manager just to compliment him. ?

Tried to get a milkshake at 9:00 p.m. (they close at 10:00 p.m.)They said they had to do a defrost and would only make smoothies. Had a party of 4 people wanting ice cream products and would not serve us. They refused to give us any service. Left with nothing. Terrible experience. Will never go back to a place that doesn't want my business.

Never have anything in stock.. never want to help anyone 4 hours before close or later... always some excuse.. no donuts.. no ice cream, time for a new ice cream shop to run mendocino for real and don't go to ukiahs you'll sit with roaches.

I ordered a cake several days ago. I called to check that it was ready for pickup because I realized I did not get an email confirmation. When I called they told me they had just received the order and they don’t have a cake designer as they have to call her in and she is unavailable. This is the kind of thing that I should have been informed of when I first placed my order. Now it is way too late to special order any other cake and I wasn’t informed until it was too late.

I have never had a good experience here. The employees always have an attitude with poor customer service (especially the one at the window). I was extremely surprised at how rude they are. I definitely wouldn't allow my staff to treat customers that way.

Avoid this place. I went in for a vanilla milk shake. I was the only one at the counter with two employees, and one car at the drive up. It took 10 minutes to get waited on. It took the employee, Josh, "Shift Leader", another 15 minutes to make my "milk shake". It was NOT a milk shake! Josh does not know how to make a milk shake...he put ice cubes in a blender with a little vanilla ice cream. Are you kidding me? I was headed on down the road when I discovered a glassful of chopped up ice with a tiny bit of ice cream! Josh is in his 30s, lots of colorful tattoos, bald, heavy set, and not very personable. And he shouldn't be working at Baskin-Robbins. This was the nastiest "milk shake" ever.
