Was a bit disappointed, we stopped by after a track meet at Will C Wood HS. When we approached the counter it took a few minutes for someone to greet us. We asked for 6 sandwiches (Bahn Mi) and the cashier told us they were out of bread. Not sure how a sandwich shop runs out of bread. Well lost our business at least for now. I will give it a few months before thinking about returning. However, need to keep in mind that they just opened so there will be a learning curve.

Wanted boba so bad and found this place. Not bad! I can't review for the banh mi's but the boba I got was pretty good. I got the black milk tea with boba. Fresh boba! It smelled a bit funny inside but that might just be me.

My friend made a lunch run to B&B Boba & Banh Mi today, it was absolutely delicious! We each had Boba tea, vegan spring rolls with rice noodles, along with their fabulous peanut sauce. I can't wait to go back! It was SO good!

I was hoping this place would be good, and it certainly delivered! Grew up in San Jose and Orange County and this sandwich is right up there. Fresh quality ingredients all come together nicely. Will try boba drinks next time.

For a new store buried off the street I am surprised how busy the place was. The price for banh mi was not bad for California at 7$. It was a huge portion as well and the grilled pork had good flavor. The vegetable could use a bit more pickle flavor. The bread though is perfect, soft and chewy. The atmosphere was pretty great with a cute paintings including hello cutea and I love so matcha lol. The wait for the food was about 10 minutes. I ordered the taro milk tea which was also delicious. Looking forward to coming back!

New boba joint AND banh mi? Count me in! If you haven't been, please check this place out. They are super nice and the drinks and sandwiches are delicious!! I had the chicken banh mi and it was a perfect serving for my lunch. I enjoyed my brown sugar boba half sweet. The boba was perfectly soft and chewy. I will definitely come back again.

B&B is the cutest and newest Boba shop on the block. Adorable murals and stuff animals that the kids loved, added an extra appealing factor. Boba was good and tailorable to specific sweetness. Service was great. It's a family run shop and it shows the love and extra care in their products and store's appearance. Would definitely come back to try their food and ban mi sandwiches. I ordered their fresh shrimp roll for take out and was also delectable. Nice to have options in Vac! cám ơn!

Was a fan of the boba shop that was here prior to B&B. However, I am more pleasantly surprised with this new spot! Walking in was a completely new experience. The decor is really cute and trendy, and you can take great pics here! Tried their iced matcha latte and a chicken bahn mi. The bahn mi was my favorite part!! Great flavor and was huge for being $6.99. Was super full after eating it, really good deal. Only reason I'm giving this place a 4 rather than a 5 was because the match was just ok. Super sweet and kind of chalky. I love everything matcha, so this one was slightly disappointing. My mom got a Vietnamese iced coffee and it was delish! Only downside was it came in one size only, the regular size. Overall I will be coming back to this spot to try out other drinks, sandwiches, and snack! Yum!
