I haven't been to a Burger King in some time so when I spotted this one here on Peabody road I whipped in on in. I had Colonel Tassorback from the airbase with me, we were going out to the Puckinsticker Ranch to pick up a box of Cooberleebers and a Wankel Driver for Tassorback's son's 4-H project, and a cheeseburger sounded like a good idea. It was.5 stars all over the place! ☆☆☆☆☆

The manager or whoever I get is always rude. He's a heavier set fellow, I don't know if anyone else has dealt with him. But I come with a coupon. Didn't know I had to say I'm using a coupon before ordering but he was extremely rude about it. I say I have a coupon the next time I go but apparently not the right way. If I can feel the attitude of not only you, but the employee who handed me my food, why would I return? Especially when I'm only trying to feed my daughter. Don't get upset with me because your instructions on how to tell you I have a coupon is unclear. I will not be going to this one again.

Food,? None. Service? None. I stood at counter for about 4 min. One guy looked right at me twice, but never said a word to me! He just continued taking drive thru orders and bagging them. Then I asked for service twice and still no response. Finally the guy came to counter, but that was after somebody else came into restaurant. I decided to go to other BK on Elmira Rd.I live between the 2 BK, so will never go back to Peabody Rd. BKThis was their third strike in a row, with me!It's obviously a horribly managed BK, really horrible!

Expect to spend as much as a decent Indian, Thai, Viet, etc spot. Except you're getting fast food. Which is bottom tier. Imo rip off.

The worst services in the world ? really I was there at 2:55 PM and the host was so unrespectful. And they were playing while I was waiting over 10 min really unacceptable.I hope Burger King do something with that

Man, I don't know why there are so many bad reviews....i'd say, I probably come here maybe 3 to 5 times a month. At different times of the day. My food has always been good and the staff is always nice and friendly. No complaints here! ?

I recently had a regrettable dining experience at Burger King. As a loyal customer, I expected better, but unfortunately, my visit left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I feel compelled to share my experience with others, hoping that the management will take notice and address these concerning issues.Upon receiving my order, I was eagerly anticipating enjoying my favorite dish, but to my dismay, I discovered that the fries were moldy! The sight of mold on my food was both nauseating and alarming. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to serve such subpar quality food to its customers. I immediately threw them in the trash.However, the disappointment didn't end there. As I settled down to eat, I realized that some of the food items I had ordered were missing entirely. It was incredibly frustrating to pay for a full meal and receive an incomplete and unsatisfactory order instead.The lack of attention to food quality and missing items made me question the overall hygiene and management standards at burger king. As a customer, I expect my order experience to be enjoyable, safe, and free from any health hazards.In conclusion, my recent visit to Burger King left me highly dissatisfied due to the moldy fries and missing food items. the audacity of these people. I order a king jr meal and the forget to give a toy. at this point I shouldve just ordered a normal meal. half the cheese was melted to the side of the wrapper and didn't even taste good. undercooked. the only thing good were the fries. and half of them were burnt. the Apple juice I chose to have with my meal was alright. never going again. going to McDonalds next time.
