Ordered through drive through and specifically asked for no onions and burger cut in half and neither one was done. Drove back to front counter and let them know that and burger patties looked way to overcooked and dry. Guy in back making the burgers was arguing with the manager. Not a pleasant experience. They gave me a new burger and meal at no cost and refunded my money for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this has happened at least 3 times in the same place for me, why the 3 stars.

Use to be a great place a year or 2 ago. Use to open early including dining room. Now dining room opens at 11, and I can't get no damn breakfast cos they won't let semi truck drivers walk up to the window. And oh!!! Don't bother calling they won't pick up the phone.

I only go to this burger King cause it's right by my work. This has to be the worse burger king on the planet. I don't even go thru the drive thru anymore I go inside to make sure there is no miscommunication. And still they mess up my order 9.5 times out of 10. Not exaggerating. And all I order is a double rodeo burger, add Swiss and extra onion rings. and an 8 peice nugget. THATS IT! HOW IS THIS SO HARD !!?? IF YOU CAN'T DO SOMETHING LIKE BUILD A SIMPLE BURGER HOW ARE DOING THINGS LIKE DRIVING A CAR? USING THE BATHROOM? SHOWERING? JESUS CHRIST

The iced mocha was white and had no mocha flavor, you could tell they didn't measure the ingredients. I tried to go in the lobby and the door was locked and she was sitting on her phone doing absolutely nothing but shaking her head to not let me in. The ambiance absolutely sucks. Don't waste your time

This Burger King is located at a small truck stop in Vacaville California. I am a truck driver, and we cannot get a semi truck through a drive through. I knocked on the door at 9 AM, so that I could order inside. The employee was rude when I asked if I could come in to order, but he said the dining room is closed until 11 AM. He told me I can stand in the drive through line and place my order. I told him that was dangerous, and he told me sorry that's our policy. So just a word out to my fellow truck drivers, you are not welcome here. This is the only Burger King I've been to where I was treated rudely.
