The staff was great and playful. The food, well they are getting extremely stingy with the meat. It's sad you have to ask for double meat just to get 2 small spoon fulls

The food was Super Salty. Too much Chili Powder.The service was sad. There were 2 girls adding our selections into our burrito / bowlThey had awful facial expressions.So rude! One forgot to ask if my wife wanted beans, The other acted as if my wife was asking for too much too add the beans! So rude!Between the foid and the face of the company serving the food I will not return!My wife and I agreed, That was our last time at Chipotle in Vacaville. And we are residents of Vacaville. Tip #1 Get rid of her aweful face at the counter! Thats the face of your Company! Not welcoming at all.

The home-slice helping us get started with bowls and burritos was either having a bad day, or wasn’t having it with serving customers. I assume the next time I visit he’ll have moved on. Yet, Chipotle was Chipotle. Knew what we were getting, and that’s what we got.

Vegetarian options: This Chipotle store I'm rating isn't our normal restaurant, in Redding, CA.At every Chipotle the customer builds their own food at the counter, with the help of the server behind the counter. I build my crispy tacos vegetarian with pinto beans, cheese, tomato salsa, and lettuce.I'm only rating this restaurant with 1 less star because they weren't very friendly when I asked for my vinaigrette - the server said, "We're going to have to charge you for that," (which is totally fine- I understand the increase in cost for restaurants, but he said it with contempt, and I felt it was odd)The open tables in the restaurant were all dirty, so the atmosphere wasn't the best. But it's Chipotle, so I don't have high expectations. I love their food so I give them 5 stars because they don't disappoint.I don't blame the service people for being tired, or not the most friendly. It's probably not the the best-paying job and people are hard to deal with. I hope they are well compensated for their time.

Such hardworking young {and old} people.They have an elderly woman working there now! WoW! She's amazing! My hat is off to her and the food is always hot and fresh. Everyone works so hard here. This store gets a lot of business. Everytime I stop in there''s a long line..but the employees always do their best. One of my favorite Chipotles!
