A Hispanic plus sized employee served me and my friend was extremely rude and not professional at all. I go to a family owned froyo in Davis their always extremely nice, maybe you guys should learn to have costumer service like them.

Super upset. Came here with a group of kids after the park to treat them to frozen yogurt. According to Yelp and their sign on the front door they open at 12:30. It's 12:50 and it's closed...we ended up taking the kids to Starbucks. Upon leaving Starbucks we saw that cultive was still closed at 1:30pm.

Waited 15min for this place to open. If hours have changed or closed its not that hard to hang a sign saying so.

Been going here since I was a kid and it's remained my favorite local froyo place. Unlike many other places, I like the texture of the froyo here...it doesn't melt as soon as it comes out of the machine. Never had any problems with service. I think that staff should be monitoring customers to ensure cleanliness of toppings/topping utensils.

Came here to give them a try as the owner from our local sandwich shop was telling us about it. Selection was good, staff were friendly, and yogurt was good. Great atmosphere as well, very inviting. Will be back next time we are in the area! Thank you

Few flavor option. Ate vanilla, chocolate and pineapple sorbet. Vanilla was best flavor but all were watery. Not very creamy. Nice varieties of toppings but cherries were bad. Will not go back.

My husband, daughter and I have been coming here every Sunday (for the most part) for about a year and a half and we love it. Every time we walk in we're greeted with " welcome in". It's nice to be acknowledged. We like that there are new flavors each time we go (they always have chocolate and vanilla) and there's an abundance of fresh, delicious toppings to choose from.Its always clean and even though there's a nail shop on one side and a sushi place on the other side I'm amazed that I've never smelled anything. There's plenty of seating inside and out. They offer a frequent buyer program that we take advantage of. They even have a cute little selfie wall.They allow customers to use their restroom, if needed, which a lot of small businesses don't. There's usually a lot of customers every time we go, which is great for business. Today we sat inside and ate (110° outside) and I was chaperoning a fro-yo date so there was a brief opportunity to chat with the manager Casey. She is a very nice young lady, really cares about the business and enjoys her job. And these are the reasons we keep coming back. See you next week ;)
We used to love this place but they have changed their formula or something. It doesn’t taste the same at all. Very disappointing

This review has nothing to do with the extremely limited amount of flavor options available. Like other reviews have mentioned...this place needs to be cleaned!!!! Deep cleaning needed!! Even my kids noticed the smell. Upon walking in, there is an overwhelming bathroom smell. The restrooms are just off of the dining area but that does not excuse the smell. Next, comes the lack of apparent cleanliness. There was splattered yogurt on the walls, all over the trash cans, and a surprising amount of debris (toppings, trash, etc) on the floor. There was one worker who was nice but it was apparent that more employees were needed to keep this place clean. This was my first visit and unfortunately, my last.

This is a summer staple for me! I always get Cultive when I'm craving something sweet! They usually have a decent selection of flavors and when all else fails chocolate or Vanilla is always available. Nice sitting options available up until 8pm at night. Service is always friendly. The ambience is fun they have backdrops up for selfie opportunities.

I really enjoyed my froyo!! They do not have a huge selection of froyo but my favs were there (vanilla & chocolate) so I was happy!! Their toppings were AMAZING!! Perfect little cool treat to end a warm day! Enjoy!!
