Worst experience ever. I'm greeted "order when your ready" so I ordered and the whole staff is laughing through the mic while the young boy attempts to take my order. I go to pay window and ask for them to repeat my order because I knew he didn't hear me. The young girl goes "yeah it's hella ghetto in here" and laughs at me wanted a repeat. Finally, she repeats when she realized I'm serious. I get my food and it's still wrong. I then go in and ask for a refund (the manger gives it and understands) but does nothing to all the young employees. I watched them laugh at me and make my food, no way I was eating that and the order was still wrong. I always go here for blizzards so this was a sad experience.
Honestly had a good experience here. We travel to Tahoe often and sometimes stop in Vacaville so kids can stretch their legs.Our kids are 5 and 3. Dairy Queen paired with a stop by Andrew’s Park down the road was a huge hit.Service was fantastic. They brought the food right up to the table and made some great recommendations. The people working here are all lovely and greeted us warmly. I just think this is the cutest DQ.

Angry at the fact that i had to drive 30 min to take my daughter to the nearest dairy queen to try the new s'mores blizzard to only get the wrong thing. My daughter is allergic to pecans so she couldn't even eat her ice cream and i left out most of the pecans to show how many there were in here. this doesn't look like a s'mores blizzard to me. Nor does the description match up. If we caught it before getting back on the freeway then I would have came back. Service was shitty too as everyone seemed like they hated there job. im sure other people are allergic to nuts so these people need to do better. Maybe bring some more lively people here too. Next time y'all can be paying for the medical bills.

My family and I were ignored at the counter for about 45 seconds despite 4 employees seeing us. I finally said, " Can I please have the restroom key?" (My family was going to remain at the counter to order.)The employee said, "I'm cleaning the bathroom, other people want to use it too." ?I said, "Well can we order?" He said, " After I clean the bathroom."None of the other 3 employees acknowledged or offered assistance. I was SHOCKED. We left.
