Places an order for 3 Alfredo's and one cookie brownie. Only thing worth eating was the brownie that they couldn't possibly mess up because it comes frozen. For some one who has worked in food their whole life this is absolutely not ok. 30$ for pasta with no sauce an 3 pieces of chicken in each plate. Called store over 10 times with no answer and hung up on twice. I understand I placed the order at 855 but they close at 10. I'll deff be going to get my money back. I saved my plate to show the manager but I had to let my kids eat it, which didn't even fill them up. A cup of dry noodles with 3 pieces of chicken. Thanks Dominoes

Man i miss the old days i swear ive only order this place two times in 20 years they fell off taste nothing like it used to the people who works here are slow as shit they are like robots store looks cool smells decent but the pizza is over sauced cheap ingredeints top it off the tried charging me 3 bucks for some sauce for my bread sticks wtf world donwe live in were u dont even get one sauce with breadsticks and i only asked for three they wanted three bucks screw this shithole of a bussiness and go to a real pizza place even if its double the price dominos is over in my heart and soul and belive me it hurts so bad to say that i grew up a noid freak who ever is running this comoany should be walked the hell out the building fired money is not everything u should want us to love your store and your products anthother old time resturaunt is over no longer reconizable

Food was okay. Pizza was cut awfully but other than that not too much else. The guy who delivered my pizza, Micheal, was extremely rude. Yelling in my apartment for a signature even though I had put contactless delivery as I am getting over COVID. He demanded I sign and walk out for my pizza. He was hollering these as well in my apartment complex and banging my door. PS: That's a for sure way not to be tipped buddy.

This Dominos pizza location is the worst ever!!! I have given many chances to them to get my order correct or make a descent, edible pizza and it's an EPIC fail every time..! Today my pizza delivery was left on the ground in front of my door until I got it almost an hour later! It was dry, NO cheese hardly, NO sauce hardly on it as if a 5 yr old made the cardboard like pizza in a kindergarten class! I received one great pizza so far and that was when I drove to this Vacaville location to bring it back and the manager personally made it over!! I'm done with this place!!

I just ordered and originally asked for half pepperoni and half sausages on a Large. Came back no Sausages; so I did not complain as much even though the guy confirmed Sausages on the phone (points off there).The big problem was a minute later they said they do have sausages while I was waiting for my breadsticks so I asked if I can get that and the guy "agreed". I would just have to wait 15 min so I agreed. 2 min later he said my order is ready. Opened the box on my own, "where my sausages?" He said you have to wait 15 min; I said we agreed that I will wait, give me what I ordered. Than he said "nah, we're good!" And did not swap or places that order.Order #470! I'm not afraid to call them out as I will not be eating pizza from here again. 2 lies, promised a fix the order, and than change their mind? If your going to Dominos, skip this place. Customer service I will not forget.

Overall, the pizza was nice and hot and it actually got to me very quickly. I had a cheese pizza and a sausage pizza and it was just how I remembered it. I would recommend this pizza spot.

I ordered one pepperoni and one half cheese & half Hawaiian (all with regular red sauce). This is what I got. I understand one mistake but 4!? The only good thing I can say is the pizza was made and delivered within 20 minutes of ordering. I didn’t want a remake because that is just wasteful so the kids just picked off what they didn’t want. The white sauce made it pretty interesting though.
Sándwich bread had mold , this is the last time order from this location this is disgusting

Support LOCAL businesses. You either have to talk to a computer, or and overseas call center to order. So sad. We love the pizza, but not nonexistent customer service.
