I ordered on line and it said 35 minutes for the order to be ready. It took an hour and 20 minutes before the order was ready. Food was just ok. Once I arrived there were lots of other people waiting ....and waiting...,,and waiting. And no one up front to explain anything. Very strange and uncomfortable. I was waiting in person for 45 minutes.

I used to really love Dragon Palace, but maybe because one competitor closed, and another raised their prices way beyond inflation, it looks like they now think they can do what they want. The Kung Pao Chicken that used to be so good now comes without any sauce at all, and not even the traditional peanuts sprinkled on top. And they were 'out' of hot sauce until later in the week. Huh? I guess in this area the only place I can find to go to is Mandarin in Fairfield.

I placed an online order. When I went to go pick it up there was about 6 people waiting for their food. The host was yelling at the customers and then ignored some of us and we didn’t get helped at all. We couldn’t really understand what she was saying. It felt so hostile I left my order.

I recently ordered hot and sour soup with pot stickers and they were both amazing! I ordered a large and they gave me two big portions of the soup, which was definitely a great surprise. Takeout was quick and easy, and I would say that the price for the two items was definitely worth it. I am feeling a little under the weather so this meal definitely was a great pick me up and I definitely will be a returning customer. :)
