If you’re going to charge me almost $15 for a medium sandwich, make it right! The sandwich was dripping with mayo. No one needs that much mayo. It was almost inedible. Please train your employees better.

We unintentionally came in right before closing, trying to use the T-Mobile Tuesday promo. One of had some trouble ordering through the app. The staff was extremely patient with us and went ahead and made the subs while we were still fiddling with the app. A+ on the service and friendliness.

Boy have they gotten chintzy we got the medium sandwich I would hate to see the small they asked if we want mushrooms we said yes and we would be hard pressed to find 2or3 mushrooms won't be back for a while at least the one in Vacaville I guess we will try Jersey Mikes

Wife and I stopped here on the way to our hotel. Ordered two sandwiches with a tip it was $43. I ordered an Italian sub and my wife a grilled chicken sandwich. Sandwiches were good but pricey. We were the only ones in the store and it seemed like it took a long time to make two sandwiches. We also ordered pickles but didn't get them.

Firehouse never fails on a great sandwich folks!Ordered a Club (turkey/virginia ham/bacon) on toasted wheat. We sub honey mustard instead of ranch dressing on it. Delicious! Very reasonable price for Combo meal too (chips & drink).

Cashier, very sweet young lady. The sandwich was top notch for me. It was prepared exactly like I wanted. I wasn't super hungry so the small sandwich was perfect. My problem was with who I assumed was the manager. He is a balding man with a beard. He was older than the rest of the employees. He was very rude and disrespectful to them in front of the customers. He "could" have took them in the back and gently talked to them. I 100% believe in discipline but not to shame so young kid. A canned apology isn't needed.

Super rude guy serviced me. I just wanted to order man n cheese and mobile order my free sub but he was insisting I need to order the Mac and cheese on the app where it is almost $2 more. I said no I want to order it so I can eat my Mac n cheese while waiting and spend less, he rolled his eyes and rang me up. Also just a meh sub with slow service.

First time trying a hotsub from this place and 5 stars. Got an Italian and it was loaded. Jersey mikes got bomb cold sub but their hot subs ain't it.
The food tasted good no major complaints on that end. But I ordered the new pepperoni pizza meatball sub and the cashier rang it up wrong, I noticed while waiting for my food to be made and went up and brought it to their attention and they remade my sandwich we expected to receive pickles and something with the kids meal but received nothing but the sandwich's. Again the food was delicious but the service was not good.

Ordered two sandwich platters and they did not disappoint!The bread was so fresh and each sandwich had plenty of meat, lettuce and tomato.One Standard Platter and one Deluxe was more than enough for 25 people!Included were pickles and the condiments. The vinaigrette was outstanding. We will definitely order again.Thank you, Jose

I'm a fan of Firehouse Subs! Have visited three times and have not been disappointed. First visit I tried the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket sub and was pleased with the flavor. Second time tried the Turkey Bacon Ranch which was delicious. Today ordered The Engineer & my only regret is that I ordered a small! I'm hooked! Going to make my way thru the menu, everytime I pass through Vacaville!

Best Firehouse I've ever been to! They greeted us with a smile and took our order immediately. We barely waited for our food because it came out so quickly! The floors and surfaces were MUCH cleaner than any other Firehouse I've been too. And the last point I want to make is how AMAZING they were with my Gluten Allergy. First time they didn't cut it and provided me with a plastic knife to cut it myself. They also made it on a separate aluminum foil piece so avoid cross contamination. So glad we moved to Vacaville so we have a good Firehouse near by!
