I purchased a sourdough cheeseburger. It wasn’t any larger than the palm of my right hand. I supersized the order with curly fries I may be at the least had 10 curly fries by the time I got to eat it, which was only 1015 minutes it was dry the bread was chewy cheese have been melted too long. I expect a much better burger and fries when you spend over $14 for one meal. Very disappointed I won’t be back for a very long time nor will I recommend friends or family to purchase their burgers at that location

This was the cleanest fast food restaurant.I think I have ever seen. The tables floors chairs and countertops were spotless. It was so clean.I even made a comment to the cashier. The cashier was very nice and greeted us, Was quick to take our orders and get our food to us. The price is average for all fast food, Unfortunately the drink machine was broken, but the employee was very fast to fill our drinks behind the counter. Today I give high stars for this fast food restaurant and get employees that were working this day. Kudos to you all! Keep up the great work. And yes, the restaurant was so clean that I left it the same way I came into it, by cleaning up my table and throwing my garbage away.Parking: This is a giant complex with plenty of parking. Jacqueline boxes in the corner of the complex by itself.So you do not have to fight for a spot.Wheelchair accessibility: There is disabled parking, The entryway is handicap accessible. There are also tables inside to sit at if in a wheelchair.

Delicious food. Did have to explain what a triple Burger was. Had to break it down to a double burger plus extra Burger patty. Never had to do that in the past.Parking: They have parking right in front of the door. And also there are a lot of other options to park at.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps

Service can be a bit slow, but they cb as they appear 2b shorthanded. Usually they are all very nice; manager yesterday was sullen and dismissive.
If I could give this fast food, restaurant zero stars, I totally would. I went through the drive-through Wednesday night at midnight and let me tell you there was only four cars ahead of me but it took 30 minutes to get my food and when I did get my food my fries were freezing cold I was missing my onion rings my tacos were so cold that my cheese wouldn't even meltmy jumbo jack was freezing cold, same along with my chicken sandwich spent 25 bucks to wait 30 minutes long for my food was either not edible or missing . I noticed after leaving the drive-through, but by then the line was wrapped around the store. The worker in the front had told me he was the only worker along with one other guy and that's why there was such a long wait I tried calling the store to get my missing items. They wouldn't answer the phone. I refused to wait through that line for another hour. I tried calling the store the next day spoke to a lady named Gladis I told her I can tell her my transaction time and the amount that I spent charge to my bank, but that the guy at the front and didn't give me a receipt she informed me that she would be getting off work pretty soon and didn't feel like doing the refund but that I could call back the next day and get a refund. Well today I called back and the first time she hung up on me the second time after calling back, she said that she had no way to prove I even ordered from her store. Even though I told her I could show her my transactions from my bank statements, and I was on camera, she said she would not do the refund. She didn't even want to give me her corporate information. She gave me the information to her boss supposedly name Antonio, but she gave me a dead number so now I wasted my money and my time. So if you could avoid this store do so !
I just left there and I never had a taco from Jack this spicy. My mouth is burning and they were not the tacos I know.

This trip was my first time here, and honesty, I wasn't super impressed.The guy who took our order seemed checked out and just wasn't focused.A customer before me had to go back and asked for her drink cup. He apologized but just seemed strange.Even my order I had to pay twice because my milkshake was left out.The manager, at least I think she was, was just EXELLENT!!!She greeted us when we walked in and checked our order, told us to have a great night with a smile as we left.3 out of 5 stars ?????Parking: Many open spots due to fast service

People have bad attitude, and wanna argue when they get your order wrong and you try and fix it. Terrible service all around.
