Food is garbage. Service is terrible. Don't waste your money here. They don't understand what customer service is and they even deny you access to the bathroom after eating their horrible "food"

My brother and I came down here after watching the 49ers versus Detroit game. We were so ecstatic that my team won and found this little place on Peabody road. Food was very excellent and I recommend the shrimp chicken and steak combo plate. It was very yummy and very tasty. The owner in the front was very accommodating and friendly and the place was very welcoming. Highly recommend!

I had low expectations and high levels of hunger as I drove through the parking lot, surveying the choices for a quick dinner food. This place was not on my radar but I quickly saw that the menu looked promising. I decided on the noodles and chicken, which comes with one sauce. I ordered paid and sat to wait for my food. While I sat I saw other plates come out and had some envy, wishing I had ordered rice veggies and a meat. I took my order when it was ready and left for my hotel. I can tell you I have absolutely no regrets about my order. It was amazing! At the $13 price point I felt I got a good amount of food, not too little or a huge portion. The noodles are amazing, the chicken delicious and the sauce topped the meal off. I'll definitely be back here to try something else on the menu.

The steak and shrimp combination was great. However, I ordered Dragon roll for take out and when we opened our order at home, it was a fried roll with just cream cheese filling. No eel, no crab meat, no avocado, just cream cheese. See photo for reference. It’s disappointing. There’s no such thing as a sushi roll with just cream cheese in it. It’s disappointing.

Food was Amazing! Workers were great too! Very friendly and patient while I picked what I wanted to order. Rhea was one of the ladies that helped me, she was so nice! Clean and nice casual atmoaphere. I came to Vacaville for work for the week, first time there, and loved this place. I brought my coworkers with me the 2nd time I went, they all loved it too! I ordered the steak hibachi plate and sushi! Will be back :)

For my first visit I had the Shrimp Hibachi entree. The food was fine, but the service was excellent. The restaurant opened promptly on time at 11:00 on a Saturday. When I arrived there were no other customers there.

Im not in Vacaville often but when I am, i ALWAYS have to get koi express. It is so freaking tasty, fresh and made well. I always get a variation of their hibachi with steak, the yum yum sauce is the KEY to happiness. Their veggies are in a super yummy sauce. Their egg fried rice that comes with the hibachi is always perfect, never dry and is full of taste. I wish they opened in Sacramento, I would go once a week, its so amazing. The staff are always nice too! I would recommend everyone to go here!
This place is beyond their food. I enjoy being a returning customer when the acknowledgment is there. They're so joyful and welcoming. Their food is so tasty. It's definitely a place that will turn you into a regular.

Spectacular prices, they gave me so much meat! Usually places skimp out but Koi is very generous with their portions. Easy access on and off the freeway. My new must stop place when driving from the Bay to Sacramento!

A very nice little Japanese restaurant that serves delicious sushi and hibachi style dishes. The restaurant is well kept and the staff was great. The seafood used for the sushi was fresh and so "Oishii"! I had the hibachi steak and it was tender and cooked perfectly.
