I've been coming here a while and it's always been great but my last experience I was mad. I got Popcorn chicken and lumpia and this was the size of my chicken , so $8 almost $9 This is how much chicken I got. All other boba places give you a take out box and fill it up.This one was the smallest i've ever seen. So the prices have gone up and the amount of food went done by half. Their are alot more boba places that give more food then 13 pieces of chicken

Long wait first time here and the staff wasn’t all that friendlyThen. Asked me if I was military or first responder insinuating a discount I said yes I’m a nurse and before I could pull out proof she disgustingly said no theyre not the same so at that point I almost didn’t want to pay for my drink and go a million other places because so far everywhere else has been such a better experience. Poor customer service long wait and let’s just hope the drink is decent

Never been disappointed by their food! I’ve tried their Guampanadas, Chamorro burritos, bangus plate, lechon kawali plate, honey dew boba smoothie, lychee with pomegranate popping boba, tornado potatoes, and lobster balls!
Both food and drink are amazing! Everything is crafted with attention to detail and flavor!! I am obsessed with the seasonal menus with new unique dishes and drinks to try. Seriously one of my favorite spots in Vacaville

Food and Boba were delicious as always! We waited a little longer for our food, come to find out, they accidentally gave our order to someone else. They apologized and gave us some complimentary boba and food for our next visit. Definitely earned our business even more and we will not be going anywhere else for our boba fix. Great job PLB team!
This is our favorite boba tea place. The staff is always so friendly and helpful with great suggestions. Food is great too...but we are all about the drinks available. Definitely a spot to visit on the regular.

Boba drinks are tasty, and they’re popular. They have lots of options in flavour and customisation. Sometimes there’s a line for order.Most customers just take out as the interior doesn’t have the most customer-friendly layout. The boxes by the entrance could be organised to cater more space for customers to stand/seat. Still worth the visit.
We came here after watching Barbie, looking for some quick eats. When we came here, there was just one other person ahead of us. But soon after we placed our order, it got insane!Food here is so good that I get it that it'll get busy at times!

This place is good - food, drinks, and service are great, but the music is always obnoxiously loud inside. You can barely hear the cashier to order, let alone have a conversation. Background music is fine, but it does not need to be that loud. I understand the desire to be a hip joint, haha, but it's too much.

Just wondering about my friend and I bumped in to this wonderful Boba shop.So many flavors mix and matched taste.I ordered an Purple Oreo ? Boba, a fan favorite and my friend ordered an Passionfruit Slush with Lychee jelly ?The service was quick and friendly.The ambiance was light and fun with many Logos of the store, Peace ✌ Love ? and Boba.Come here at least once and let your tongue ? dance with excitement!!!

Against California law, these people are issuing gift certs with expiration dates. I don't even want the flippin product now. You guys may like the taste but just know, they will steal from you when given the chance.
