Ordered pepperoni and the special pizza , both were extremely salty and the sausage had a funny taste to it. The pizza was cooked well but the bottom side of the pizza was soggy and could have cooked longer.

This is some advice. When you sign your receipt and write in a tip, make sure that amount is what gets cleared. I ordered 3 pizzas for delivery and wrote in a tip amount. I guess the driver didn't like it and added an extra 10 dollar tip. I called the store and talked with the manager, and he said he would refund me my 10 dollars. I told him that whoever changed my amount should be held accountable. But all he said was it couldn't be the driver since he has worked for him for 7 years. So does this mean he has been stealing from people for 7 years. And check bank, and instead of a refund, they charged me another 10 dollar. Wow

Ordered sausage pasta and cheesecake for delivery. Delivery was fast and their driver was professional. The presentation of the dish was nice. Pasta was served in a covered aluminum pan inside a small cardboard box and accompanied by 2 small rectangles of cheese pizza/bread. Sorry no pics. The pasta was fresh, hot, and tasty. I added red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese to cut the tomato flavor of the marinara sauce. Loved the sausage and melted cheese! The cheese pizza/bread had a thin crust. Love the concept but it tasted a little like the cardboard box it was served in especially as it cooled, and turned hard.They sell Cheesecake Factory cheesecake (plain). It was delicious!! It was a very small slice but it was sufficient. I would eat here again.

I had an order delivered to my BF who had a really bad week and in the notes I requested they leave a nice message. They went above and beyond and pretty sure we both cried. So sweet! THANK YOU PIZZA GUYS!!!!!!!!

Just left pizza guys. We are local and went for our evening walk. We decided to order some pizza for dinner in person. I want to say that the experience was good when getting my order taken by Jackie. It was just a large pizza with stuff crust($28). I asked how long it would take and they stated about 15 mins. My wife, 16 month old twins, grandma and grandpa were with us. We waited outside the front of the store until our pizza to finish. I went to follow up 15 mins later and was told another 2 mins until it's out of the oven. Came back in 3 minutes later and was standing on the side for another 5 mins, and I immediately knew something was wrong with the pizza when all 3 workers (Jackie, Brie, and Adrian) were around it. After Jackie had assisted a customer, I asked if the pizza was ready. That's when I was told 'the bottom of the pizza Is sticking to the pan, so they were gonna make another one " I asked how long that would take and was told "another 10-15 mins" Trying to be as completely understanding as possible I asked "may I have the pizza sticking to the pan and the pizza you are gonna remake?" The response was "I'm gonna have to ask my manager/supervisor " So then instead I asked if I could get refunded while I wait for the pizza to be made and didn't receive a response. I asked for a refund. The issue here was that the workers had no other solution or ways to resolve the inconvenience they have given the customer. I won't forget to mention, NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY! To understand that we should be compensated for their mistake, or even credited for the next time around. Their only solution was for us to wait another 10-15 mins for pizza, when let alone that first pizza they messed up already took up almost 25 mins! Before I walked out the door, I was told "have a great day!" In a snarky tone. I must say Adrian, the male worker, didn't have any fault in this. But Jackie and Brie were hesitant to give me their name as they probably knew this would happen.
