Super busy location with three drive-thru lanes. Much faster to order inside. Though it was lunch time. I was in and out in 5 to 10 minutes. They did screw up my order but my fault for not looking. Before I left. I asked for fries instead of bread. Got nothing but bread. Haha, healthier?Parking: Parked in adjoining lot, could be possible for RV and or trailer. If not to crowded

Service staff was kind and courteous, doing their best to put a smile on mediocre and disappointing chicken. Somehow there are a lot of options and no options for the menu at the same time.

Literally waited 10+ minutes in their left drive through lane while they took multiple other orders in the right lane. Called the store thinking the speaker was broken, when someone finally answered and took our order. Ordered a lemonade for our daughter and a coke for myself and they gave her coke and me a sprite. Food wasn’t great either.

Although the drive thru was backed up out into the street, we were able to walk in and be served promptly. My daughter thought the food was delicious and was very enthusiastic. They are open late.

I arrived in the Drive-Thru approximately 10:30 p.m. it is very busy as it would be for a popular restaurant I ordered the four piece chicken fingers with fries everything to be cooked crispy I even said something at the window and the young lady assured me it would be. the chicken fingers were undercooked and the fries were barely cooked basically Raw luckily I parked in the parking lot to eat it I brought it back inside the individual that helped me was very pleasant said it would take a couple minutes I took the food went back to my car it was also the same condition I went back inside asked for manager asked for a refund to just eat at In-N-Out right next door and he asked to try to make it right I told him to take his time instead of rushing it took 6 or 7 minutes which was fine the food came out perfect the problem is that night I would say at least 50 to 100 people were probably very unhappy with the quality of the food even though I asked for everything to be crispy. If everybody check their food at the window it would take twice as long to get through the drive-thru but I believe that's what it takes at a place that wishes to rush instead of giving quality food.We were in Reno several months ago and we ate at your restaurant with the same instructions it came out perfect the first time it's all about training I would believe.

The fried chicken are made fresh to order. It’s juicy, crispy and the sauce is also nice. Wish they had the standard flavors of hot sauces too.

Food is great, but, Cane’s either needs to completely rethink their mobile ordering or just get rid of it. I’ve ordered probably 10 times on the app and not one single time was it ready or even known. Today I ordered curbside and waited for almost 20 minutes in the parking lot until I just got out to get it myself, where I had to dump and refill my drink because it had been sitting inside for so long. Not even worth coming to any location anymore when you’re just guaranteed to have a bad experience.Edit: One year later, nothing has changed. Even the drive thru is ridiculous here. We waited 25 minutes just to get to the speaker, and there were only 4 cars in front of us. There is nothing fast about come to this location, or ANY Raising Canes unless it’s 1am on a weeknight.

We watched for 15 minutes as our food sat on a counter while we waited for curbside pick up. When we went in at 820, we were told it just got done even though we saw her move it from one counter to the next minutes before.. Our pick-up was for 8 pm. It was cold when we got it. Don't think we'll be going back anytime soon.
