Did you forget the reason you are there is the customer? I stood there for several minutes, no one else in line, while 3 diff employees saw me but made 0 effort to acknowledge my presence or God forbid - take my order. Two were making drinks. I get that. But 3rd was more intent on adjusting packets of sugar than say, Idk, ringing up the customer. Which I'm pretty sure is why Starbucks is in business and why she has a job. In this day and age of very competitive business models, every customer counts. I hope the location owner sees this and feels the need to retrain some or all of his employees. BTW after 4min of no service I walked out. Will not return.

It’s all starbucks in Vacaville that I been to and all of them either don’t do your order right not only that they have an attitude about it when you tell them about it. There’s usually three or more ppl working and there’s no line. I don’t understand how they get it wrong if it’s not like it’s busy. It’s making me not want Starbucks anymore.

The staff is nice and and the area looked well put together on this pit stop. I have to get some pumpkin spice in my system sometimes and this team got me good. I was able to sit and make some followup phone calls that went very nicely.

I love Starbucks and I tip for taste. The service is always great. If they get my drink right I give them a tip. If they would just let me put my own half n half in my drink it would be awesome.
Easy parking. Friendly Baristas. Fast service. And you can still plug in you laptops here compared to other branches that have the power outlets sealed off. Don’t forget to tip!

Met a friend for coffee, at this location. They don't vary much. The shop was clean, service is good Condiments were hard to find. I swiped a straw from behind the counter. Thought that was odd but maybe it's a post covid thing. Bathroom was spotless. The center has a movie theater and some good dining choices be it Italian, sushi, or a couple of quick chains. They also have a gas station in the center if you're just dropping off the freeway.

My drink tasted like straight milk. They gave me the wrong sandwich without siracha that I asked for at the register. Employee, Lindsey, told me there was siracha and I had to backtrack out of my car once I realized there were no packets in my sandwich bag. Don’t assume you have product then hand out an order without the request made by the consumer. When I came back to get my order fixed, Lindsey knew she messed up when ringing my order in and didn’t even compensate… Being a pescatarian, I clearly ordered an impossible sandwich and was given a sausage cheddar. I have never and would never order that item. I get that you’re busy for the holidays but that’s no excuse for wasting my time. Heading out for a trip and dealing with messy employees was not how I wanted to start my morning.
