Used the drive-through. Line was medium, but the wait was long! In addition, it took a long time at the window: why does it take so long to get 2 coffees and one frap! It's not rocket science to make drinks in a facility set up to make them. At California's $20 an hour, the aptitude of the employees should be higher, and yet for slow service they expect a tip, which is absurd considering fast food workers doing as much if not more don't get tipped!

I love Starbucks but I wish there was a way to know ahead of time what you are out of. Not just on the app but in the drive lane. Just disappointed by 1130a your out of some items. I should have bought a lottery ticket because I was 0/5. I got their new strawberry/chocolate drink with no caffeine. Pretty tasty.

This location is always friendly! Out of the 3 Starbucks I go to, we are here every.single.morning and they're so fast and efficient! They seem to have the least amount of people in the morning compared to the other 2 locations we go to yet the drinks are made a looooot better and again so much faster.

I hate the inconsistency of ordering and when I order something in a venti cup at any other location its filled and the cream foam is actually foamy, they not giving side eyes and attitudes from batists not even at the window. Poor experience for me. I order the same drink everytime and this was not the drink. Waste of

The service here for Door dash is terrible the wait time is ridiculous, customer service is terrible and when you ask about the order they say the same thing over, I'm about to bag it up. They need to have a staff member who directly service online orders.
